Nick’s passion for the industry started at an early age. In high school, he spent his summers as a “runner” on the floor of the Pacific Stock Exchange. This experience led to various roles at the brokerage firm PaineWebber. After graduating from the University of Arizona with a B.A. in communications and a minor in business administration, Nick began his career with UBS Financial Services Inc. in 2004, joining the Bay Wealth Management team shortly thereafter.
Nick holds his Certified Financial Planning™ and Certified Exit Planning Advisor® certifications, which attests to his dedication to providing individuals and business owners with wealth planning strategies developed according to their individual needs and goals. His detailed approach to providing advice beyond investments allows his clients to spend more time on what matters most to them. He holds his securities and insurance licenses, as well as the investment management designation of Senior Portfolio Manager.
Nick resides in Lafayette with his wife, Allison, and their three sons, Tyler, Connor and Christopher. He is an active supporter of his community, church and charitable children’s organizations throughout the Bay Area.
Michael has been working in the financial services industry since 1997. His aspiration early in life to convey the importance of saving and investing was the impetus for his becoming a Financial Advisor. Michael observed circumstances where people with means lost their wealth and those without means missed opportunities to improve their situation. His attention to detail, proactive communication and sincere, persistent approach have earned him enduring client relationships.
Michael specializes in advanced planning techniques, which include concentrated stock positions, retirement, estate, tax and insurance strategies, lending and real estate considerations. He earned his Certified Exit Planning Advisor® designation and is committed to helping business owners and entrepreneurs create a roadmap to realize value out of their business as they plan for retirement. He has also earned the distinguished UBS Wealth Advisor designation and holds his securities and insurance licenses. Michael received his bachelor of business from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.
Michael is a member of the Olympic Club and the US Masters Swimming organization. He resides in Orinda, CA with his wife, Jane, who is involved in the community through church, school and social committees she chairs. Michael coaches the baseball teams of their sons, CJ, Ross and Cameron.
Ingrid began her career in wealth management in Tokyo, Japan in 2002 after moving from her native Australia to gain experience abroad. The challenge of being outside of her comfort zone taught Ingrid the importance of having a financial strategy. Her desire to learn about different cultures led Ingrid to relocate to Singapore in 2004, where she continued working in wealth management and private banking. In 2018, she moved to California, joining Merrill Lynch in 2019.
Ingrid engages with clients to develop a deep understanding of their goals such as preserving and growing their wealth and taking care of future generations. She creates wealth management strategies for entrepreneurs, business owners, families, and individuals - many of whom may be facing retirement, loss of a loved one, or coming into an inheritance. Ingrid believes one of the greatest benefits in her role as a Financial Advisor is the long-term relationships she develops with her clients. She holds her Series 7, Series 66, and insurance licenses.
As an active member in her community, Ingrid volunteers at the Belvedere-Tiburon Landmark Society and is involved with other organizations she is passionate about. She lives in Tiburon with her husband, James, and their three Singaporean rescue dogs. They enjoy traveling and are still discovering the United States, which they are proud to call home.

Right now, we know a strong foundation is more important to you than ever. For more than 160 years, UBS has been tested and proven resilient—serving our clients through a wide range of financial challenges and market conditions. We continue to be recognized for, and demonstrate, our strength as a leader among the biggest, and strongest, globally systemic banks.
What’s really important to you—today and for the long term? Our approach starts with questions and discussions that can help you organize your financial life into three key dimensions: Liquidity—to help provide cash flow for short-term expenses, Longevity—for longer-term needs and Legacy—for needs that go beyond your own.
Time frames may vary. Strategies are subject to individual client goals, objectives and suitability. This approach is not a promise or guarantee that wealth, or any financial results, can or will be achieved. All investments involve the risk of loss, including the risk of loss of the entire investment.
