Barry Pinsky is a Certified Financial Planner certificant, a Chartered Financial Consultant, and a Chartered Life Underwriter. A native of Southern California, he attended UC Santa Cruz & earned his PhD in Chemistry from UC Berkeley. He began his career in the financial services industry in 1997, & has served as a guest columnist for the LA Business Journal, SF Valley division, the Daily News, California CPA Magazine, Valley Lawyer Magazine, and the National Jewish News. Barry and Linda are the proud parents of 4 sons, 4 daughters-in-law, and a growing collection of charming grandchildren. He is a past president of Shaarey Zedek Congregation, a member of the Executives support group for the Jewish Home for the Aging, a member of the California Society of CPAs, and a member of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association. Barry is especially pleased to have been selected by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal as a Trusted Advisor in Wealth Management in 2014.
