Susan is the lead Wealth Advisor of Bailey Wealth Management, a financial planning practice with UBS Financial Services, Inc. Bailey Wealth Management offers services that go beyond traditional portfolio investment management, with a focus on income planning, insurance protection, long term care, and generational wealth transfer.
After beginning her financial services industry career in 1983 with E.F. Hutton, she joined Paine Webber 1989, which was later purchased by UBS in 2000. Susan has several areas of specialization that include corporate stock benefit management for employees at major corporations based in Arizona. In addition, Susan is an advocate of financial education for women – "empowering women to streamline and take control of their financial management is critical to their financial independence."
In addition to being a member of the UBS President's Council, she has also participated in the Barron's Winner's Circle Top Women Advisor Summit over multiple periods: 2009-2014.
Susan lived in West Bloomfield, MI and Dayton, OH before moving to Arizona to attend college. She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business from Arizona State University. Susan is the mother of 2 adult children, RJ and Jessica, and resides in Scottsdale with 3 Chihuahua housemates.
Associated with multiple charitable organizations in support of select client and colleague causes, Susan is also a supporter of foster dogs and animal rescue. Through her passion for fitness and nutrition, she became involved in the physical fitness industry. Some of her proudest achievements outside of the office include, placing as a National Champion in the Master’s National Figure Fitness Competition in 2014, and competing in over 13 fitness competitions over a 10 year period.
Jessica began her career in financial services as an intern with UBS in 2016. Jessica went on to accept a position in the highly competitive UBS Inter-Generational Advisor Program, where she developed her skills in wealth management. During her time spent in New York, Jessica focused on providing client advice through portfolio construction and holistic planning.
Jessica's passion for the industry started at a young age. Growing up in the home of a Wealth Advisor, she was able to gain exposure to the many dynamic aspects involved in the financial planning process. As a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate for Bailey Wealth Management, Jessica's primary role is working with clients to monitor and further develop their unique financial plans. In addition to clients current needs, Jessica specializes in legacy planning, tailored to ensure financial stability for generations to come.
Jessica received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arizona State University. She is Series 7 and 66 licensed, and is currently pursuing a Certified Financial Planner designation.
As an Arizona native, she enjoys staying physically active through kick boxing, running or interval training. She stays active in the community through her support of Breast Cancer Awareness and Cystic Fibrosis.
Annette is a Senior Client Service Associate with Bailey Wealth Management at UBS Financial Services, Inc. She began her financial services industry career in 1986 with Drexel Burnham Lambert before joining UBS in 2001. Annette has received the UBS Top Banking Client Service Associate award for the Western Region for 3 consecutive years – 2011, 2013, 2014. In addition to providing support to Bailey Wealth Management’s Wealth Advisors in their daily activities, Annette manages client services and administration.
After growing up in Putnam County and Mahopac, New York, Annette received an Associate Degree in Applied Sciences from the Berkeley Business School. She moved to Arizona in 2001 and is married with one adult child. During her free time, Annette enjoys writing and spending time with her family.
