Rick has over 35 years of experience in the industry.  A graduate of the University of Iowa, Rick began his career at Merrill Lynch and managed a branch for six of those years. Joining UBS in 2009, Rick is both a graduate of the Wealth Advisor program at UBS and is a designated Portfolio Manager under the UBS Portfolio Management Program.  He focuses on financial and estate planning for the group's clients.

Rick and his wife, JoEllen, live and raised their two daughters in Plano.  He has been an active youth sports coach and serves on the board of City House, a homeless youth advocacy charity.

Terry has over 40 years of experience in the industry, becoming registered in 1980 as a Financial Advisor. He specializes in asset allocation and risk management and leads the team in their fixed income portfolios. Texas Monthly has listed Terry as a "Five Star Best in Client Satisfaction Wealth Manager" over multiple years. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill majoring in business.

Nancy has over 25 years of planning and wealth management experience. Nancy received the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation and assists clients in solving their complex planning needs.

She leverages her background in financial services to focus on wealth management for individuals and businesses, with an emphasis on wealth preservation strategies and in developing financial plans specifically tailored to clients’ needs. Nancy brings specialty to the team in a full range of wealth management services including: retirement advice, charitable pursuits, education funding, estate planning, risk management, investment management and business strategies.

Nancy is passionate about giving back to the community and has been active in mentoring young women. She has been a board member with Big Thought, one of the nation's leading nonprofit organizations focused on improving public education through creative learning, Trinity River Mission, Girls, Inc., Dallas Greater Senior Citizens organization, the Dallas chapter of Cystic Fibrosis and is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Dallas.

Nick joined the team in 2019 following experience as a certified public accountant (CPA) and senior manager at KPMG. His background working with publically traded and private market clients across technology, real estate, and asset management industries, provides him a unique skill set as a financial advisor across valuation, tax, accounting, and strategy disciplines. Nick and team ground their advice in a core understanding of a client's personal and financial values and in the imperative for wealth to serve those interests over the course of a lifetime and in generations to come.

He earned a Masters in Accounting from the University of Texas-Austin and graduated top of his undergraduate accounting program at the University of Colorado-Boulder.

Nick and his wife, Katie, reside in Denver, where he serves as Chairman of the KIPP Colorado Schools Advisory Board, an organization dedicated to preparing students in under-served Denver area communities for success in college and beyond.

Scot has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career in 1994 as an associate with Merrill Lynch. He has worked with our team for the last 20 years. While completing his Bachelor's in Economics and Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas, Scot earned his Registration and Series 7 and 65 licenses. Scot also went on to achieve his MBA in Finance from the University of North Texas in 2007. Scot and his wife, Robyn, currently live in Van Alsytne with their 3 children, where he is an active member and volunteer of their local church.
