Eric started his professional career after high school working as an illustrator for public television before being drafted into the United States Army in 1966. Eric served two tours in Vietnam and completed his service in 1972 at the rank of Captain. Before completing active duty, Eric graduated from Hampton University on the G.I Bill. After starting with Merrill Lynch, Eric joined Kidder, Peabody, & Co., now UBS Financial, in 1975 leading to a career in the financial services industry spanning 45 years in Hampton Roads.
As an active member of the community for many decades, Eric has served as chairman of the Norfolk Chamber of Commerce, Investment Committee of the United Way Foundation of South Hampton Roads, Urban League of Hampton Roads, and the Old Dominion University Research Foundation. Eric resides in Virginia Beach and continues to serve many community foundations in a volunteer role.
Joel started in the financial services industry in 1984 before joining Paine Webber, now UBS, in 2000. Prior to entering the business, Joel received his BA in Economics from the University of Georgia.
A native of Danville, Joel currently resides in Virginia Beach with his wife, Carol, and two rescue dogs, Maddy and Earl, both of whom they adopted through Hope for Life Rescue in Virginia Beach. In the community, Joel currently serves on the board of Virginia Beach Vision and Temple Emanuel. In his free time, Joel enjoys yoga, playing golf, and reading some of his favorite authors such as Lee Child and Louise Penny. Joel and his wife Carol have three grown children and two grandchildren.
After graduating from the United States Military Academy in 1985, Jim served as an officer in the United States Army based at Fort Eustis, Virginia. After completing his service in 1990, Jim was eager to stay in the Hampton Roads community and joined Kidder, Peabody, and Co., now UBS Financial, leading to a career in the financial services industry spanning over 30 years.
Jim is a current board member and past president of The Rotary Club of Norfolk in addition to being a board member of the Virginia Air and Space Science Center. Jim and his wife, Clare, reside in Smithfield.
Tracy began her career in the Financial Services industry with Wheat First Securities in 1989. She remained with Wheat First until joining UBS in 2007. Tracy’s primary focuses are in the development and implementation of individual, corporate, and non-profit retirement plans. In addition, Tracy and her team provide comprehensive financial planning strategies, portfolio management, lending, and insurance services.
Tracy received her BA in Business Management from Virginia Wesleyan College in Norfolk, Virginia. Tracy is extremely active in her local community, supporting many charitable organizations throughout. She has been a member of the School Planning Council in Virginia Beach as well as President and board member of the Parent/Teacher/Student Association.
Tracy is a true Hampton Roads native, residing in Virginia Beach with her husband of 30 years, James, and their two dogs.
Neal joined the Atlantic Wealth Consultants as a Financial Advisor in 2012. Prior to joining UBS, Neal graduated from Old Dominion University in 2001 and then served in the United States Navy as a Navy SEAL until he completed his service in 2012. During his time in the Navy, Neal earned his MBA from Webster University.
Neal was a 2016 honoree of the Inside Business’s 40 under 40 in Hampton Roads, in addition he is the current Treasurer for the Club Brittany Swim Club and is a former board member of the Cape Henry Rotary Club. Neal is a Hampton Roads native and resides in Virginia Beach with his wife, Laura, and their three children.
For over 15 years, Morgan Edwards has worn many hats in the financial services industry. After joining UBS in 2014 as a Financial Advisor, Morgan built his practice, which specializes in comprehensive financial planning and asset management for high net worth families throughout the greater United States. Clients value his straight forward honesty and informal approach to navigating complex issues and markets. His firm belief is that through understanding each clients’ unique situation and their drivers, he is able to tailor expert advice and knowledge for a vast array of circumstances. This approach has led to him in becoming a leader amongst his peers in assets under management and client satisfaction.
With his mother and father both middle school teachers, Morgan has a natural ability and passion to educate. He received his B.B.A from James Madison University and competed on the collegiate level as a soccer goalkeeper. Morgan credits a lot of his ability to manage financial markets under pressure, to that of his experience reading and directing his teams on the soccer field. After deciding on a career in finance, Morgan went on to earn his Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) designation from Old Dominion University and stays very active in his continuing education.
Morgan has served on the Board of the Hampton Roads chapter of The Financial Planning Association and stays very busy in his community. He and his wife, Amanda live with their three young children, Knox, Holden and Millie in the Chicks Beach area of Virginia Beach. There, they enjoy everything about the outdoor lifestyle. His many hobbies and passions include snowboarding, acoustic guitar, running, golf, hiking and beach days on the Chesapeake Bay surrounded by his family and friends.
