Charlie provides financial advice and analysis to individual, corporate, and retirement plan clients. In an effort to provide a broader spectrum of services to his clients, Charlie formed The Atlantic Capital Group in 2008. Charlie looks to establish long-term relationships, as evidenced by a number of multi-generational clients. He focuses on providing his clients with the highest level of service, and takes the time to understand his clients’ values, needs, goals, concerns, and anything else that may impact their wealth management strategy. Charlie graduated from the University of Miami, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. He remains an active alumnus of the University and is a member of their Circle Council. Charlie is a native Washingtonian. Charlie and his wife, Ellen, have two grown children, three grandchildren and are very involved in their community.

As an integral member of the Atlantic Capital Group, Mary Stiles-Hendler works to build strong client relationships. She is particularly passionate about helping families and female investors. When developing customized financial strategies, Mary focuses on thoroughly understanding their concerns and goals, building trust, and guiding them through the financial decision-making process so that they are prepared for critical life events. The process unifies each client's needs and goals, so that nothing is left to chance.
Mary joined UBS in 2016 after almost eight years at Morgan Stanley and its predecessor firms. Previously, she worked at J.P. Morgan for six years, serving in the NY divisions of Asset Management and the Investment Bank, as well as the Washington, DC office of the J.P. Morgan Private Bank. She graduated Cum Laude from Duke University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and French and a minor in cultural anthropology.
Mary currently lives in Stowe, VT with her husband, Jared, and their three children. In their free time, they enjoy equine activities and anything related to snow. Mary believes in giving back to the community and currently serves as Co-Warden of St. John’s in the Mountains.

Mitch works with clients to customize financial strategies based on their unique investment objectives, concerns, and circumstances. He strives to develop long term client relationships by regularly meeting with clients to review their portfolios and adjust their wealth management strategy as their goals and needs evolve. Mitch graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Organizational Behavior and a minor in Writing. Mitch and his wife, Jenna, live in Potomac, MD with their two young children. Mitch volunteers with the Gift of Life foundation which strives to identify compatible bone marrow donors for children and adults suffering from life-threatening diseases such as leukemia and lymphoma.

Working in tandem with The Atlantic Capital Group’s Financial Advisors, Sam Feldman develops comprehensive financial plans that reflect clients’ specific goals and objectives. Sam also conducts extensive market research, which helps to guide the team's investment approach.
Prior to joining UBS in July, 2019, Sam spent two years at AXA Advisors, where he focused on client development and acquisition. The skills and expertise he gained there greatly contributed to his success in his current role.
Sam graduated with a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Maryland, and currently resides in Washington, DC with his fiancée. In his free time, Sam enjoys playing basketball and tennis, writing and producing music and playing the guitar.

As a Client Service Associate with The Atlantic Capital Group, Amy Pogorelc utilizes her compassion, attention to detail and dependable nature to provide clients the high level of dedicated service they deserve. She handles all client administrative matters in our day-to-day business and ensures clients concerns and needs are accurately addressed. Clients appreciate her positive attitude and consistently kind and cheerful disposition.
Amy joined UBS in 2022 after proudly spending 21 years as a stay-at-home-mom, raising her two children, Halle and Jack, along with her husband, Ted, here in Bethesda. Before raising children, Amy worked as an administrative assistant at Legg Mason. She graduated with a BA in Art History from Denison University and received her BS in Nursing from Columbia University.
In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with family and friends, “Rocking the Red” at Caps games, cooking and traveling. She can also be found on the golf course, rooting for her son, a member of the Boston College Men’s Golf Team.
