Experience

Carlos joined UBS in 2015 following a 20-year career in corporate and institutional banking, where he specialized in credit and structured finance. He brings extensive experience in complex financing strategies and a deep understanding of the financial needs of high-net-worth families and business owners.                                                                                                                                                                                                                 
As an International Private Wealth Advisor, Carlos works closely with clients to develop tailored wealth management strategies and help them navigate complex financial decisions. He is a member of the UBS President’s Council.                                                                                                                                                 
Carlos earned a B.S. in Business Administration from American University in Washington, D.C., and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.

Emilio Arguello brings more than 40 years of experience in international private banking and investment management, with a deep understanding of global markets and the needs of high-net-worth families. He founded The Arguello Investment Group at UBS in 2015 after a distinguished career serving clients across the United States and Latin America.

Emilio takes a long-term, relationship-driven approach to wealth management, working closely with clients and their families to navigate complex financial decisions and pursue their goals. He is a member of the UBS President’s Council.

Emilio earned a B.A. in Economics from The Catholic University of America and an M.B.A. in Finance from American University in Washington, D.C.

Mari has been an integral member of The Arguello Investment Group since its founding in 2015. She works closely with clients and senior partners on investment analysis, portfolio construction and the management of the team’s investment operations. Mari is dedicated to providing personalized service and helping clients pursue their investment objectives through thoughtful execution and attention to detail.                                                                                                                                                                                    
Mari earned a B.A. from Florida International University and holds Series 7, 9, 10 and 66 securities licenses.

Milton oversees the day-to-day operations of The Arguello Investment Group, helping ensure clients receive responsive and seamless service. He manages account administration, coordinates client requests and works closely with the team to facilitate solutions tailored to each client’s needs.                                                                                                                                                                  
Known for his attention to detail and responsiveness, Milton plays an important role in maintaining the high level of service and personal attention that defines the team’s approach to client relationships.                                                                                                                                                                                           
Milton earned a B.A. from Florida International University and an M.B.A. from the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business at Nova Southeastern University. He holds Series 7 and 65 securities licenses, as well as a Florida Life, Health and Variable Annuity insurance license.

Carlos joined UBS in 2022 after earning a degree in Economics from Wake Forest University. As a member of The Arguello Investment Group, he works closely with high-net-worth families and individuals, supporting the team in developing and implementing tailored wealth management strategies.

Carlos takes a client-focused approach to helping families navigate their financial goals and build long-term wealth. He holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.
