Candace entered the financial services industry in 2004. She advises clients through financial planning. She earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in October 2012. Her CFP® mark distinguishes her among her peers in the financial services industry as it shows she has voluntarily met rigorous requirements of education, examination and experience and abides by CFP Board’s Standards of Professional Conduct, which includes agreeing to a fiduciary standard of care that places her clients' interests first. As a CFP® she focuses on the following areas for our clients: retirement planning, estate planning, trusts, life insurance, long term care and inheritance planning. Candace obtained the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® designation in June of 2016. She went through an intensive training program to become skilled in the financial issues of divorce. The role of a CDFA® is to assist the client and attorney to understand how the financial decisions made today will impact their financial future. Candace lives in Charlotte. She is a member of the Junior League and the Charlotte Chapter of the Financial Planning Association.

Guy joined UBS in 2001, after 28 years of working in community banking. Guy decided to concentrate his efforts on serving the investment and lending needs of affluent individuals and their families, and recently received his Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor designation in 2012. His areas of focus for our clients are: pre and post retirement income planning, municipal bonds, annuities, company retirement plans and lending. A desire to support the community has led Guy to serve in the past as president of the Denver/Lake Norman Rotary Club; president of the Denver/Lake Norman Rotary Club Foundation Inc; and as a board member of Whitestone, the Masonic & Eastern Star Retirement Community in Greensboro, NC. Guy lives on Lake Norman with his wife, Christol, and is an active member of Mt. Pleasant UMC in Sherrills Ford, NC.
