Bryan works closely with individuals, families, and nonprofit organizations to navigate the evolving complexities of financial planning and investment management. He is committed to delivering thoughtful, personalized guidance that helps clients make informed decisions and achieve long-term financial success.
Before becoming a Financial Advisor, Bryan served as a Wealth Planning Associate at UBS’s Park Avenue branch. In this role, he was the lead Financial Planner for the office, developing tailored financial plans for Advisors and their high-net-worth clients.
Bryan began his career in UBS’s prestigious Graduate Talent Program, where he received intensive training and broad exposure across financial markets, wealth management, equity research, and banking.
He holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) and Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) designations—two of the industry’s most respected credentials for experienced professionals working with affluent individuals and families. His expertise spans areas such as behavioral finance and family dynamics, estate and tax planning strategies, portfolio management, retirement income planning, charitable giving, and asset protection.
Passionate about financial literacy and empowerment, Bryan volunteers with MoneyW!SE, a program that helps survivors of domestic violence build financial confidence and independence. He is also an active member of the New York Athletic Club and the Penn State alumni community.
An avid triathlete and outdoor enthusiast, Bryan enjoys spending time on the water and in the woods. He lives in New York with his fiancée, Lindsey.

Lukasz plays an integral role in every stage of the client financial planning journey. As the backbone of our advisory practice’s daily operations, he ensures that all processes run efficiently and seamlessly. His responsibilities span client onboarding, account maintenance, cash and securities transfers, performance and management reporting, monthly statements, tax documentation, and digital service support.
With a strong focus on service excellence, Lukasz is known for delivering consistent, responsive support. He ensures that each client feels confident and cared for, providing a reliable point of contact for their financial questions and concerns.
Lukasz holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation, equipping him with specialized expertise in guiding clients through both the planning and transition phases of retirement. His knowledge spans retirement income strategies, healthcare and long-term care planning, asset and beneficiary management, estate considerations, tax implications, and more.
Before joining UBS, Lukasz launched his financial services career at Morgan Stanley, where he developed a solid foundation in client service and operations within the fast-paced world of Wall Street.
Outside of work, Lukasz is an avid outdoor sports enthusiast who enjoys playing soccer, fishing, and swimming with his family. He lives in New Jersey with his wife, Paulina, and their four sons—Adrian, Caleb, Dominic, and Lucas—along with a lively collection of family pets.

For over four decades, Tom has been dedicated to helping individuals, multigenerational families, and nonprofit organizations navigate the complexities of wealth management. He delivers customized financial strategies with a long-term perspective, shaped by deep industry experience and a strong commitment to client success.
Tom began his Wall Street career in the corporate finance division of Kidder, Peabody & Co. He went on to spend many years at Morgan Stanley, serving as a First Vice President in the firm’s Wealth Management division.
Earlier in his career, Tom served as a Special Assistant to the Governor of New Jersey in the Office of Policy and Planning.
Tom and his wife, Jane, now reside in Florida, where they enjoy an active lifestyle with their two energetic Yorkshire Terriers, Riley and Flynn.
