Alex graduated with a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After graduating, he worked in the NY News Bureau at CNN and then as Manager of Digital Ad Operations for Wenner Media's web properties for Rolling Stone, Us Weekly, and Men's Journal. Before joining UBS in 2010, he worked for two years as a Manager with the personal finance start-up, FiLife.com, a joint venture between the Dow Jones and IAC. At UBS, Alex serves as one of the financial advisors for the team.
Alex lives in NYC is currently on the Steering Committee for the Young Fellows of The Morgan Library. He is also involved with the Young Collectors Council at the Guggenheim, the Junior Associates of The Museum of Modern Art and is a Founding Member with the Whitney Contemporaries.
