With over 30 years of experience in the wealth management industry, I lead a team of financial advisors at UBS that provides personalized and comprehensive financial solutions to a select group of clients. Our practice is based on three simple concepts: a high level of personal attention, comprehensive financial advice and portfolio management, and execution based on an ongoing financial plan.

As a Senior Vice President, Financial Advisors who is registered in multiple states, I have the skills and credentials to advise clients on a wide range of investment strategies and products, including equities, fixed income, alternatives, and retirement plans.

I also have extensive experience as a branch manager, overseeing the operations and performance of multiple financial advisors and support staff. My mission is to help clients achieve their financial goals and objectives, while building long-term and trusting relationships.

Blaise has worked in the Financial Services field for 15 years and has been with UBS for over a decade, joining the firm in 2013. His goal is to build strong relationships with his clients based upon trust and a comprehensive understanding of their unique goals. His keen eye for details helps to identify and resolve potential conflicts in client investments and risk strategies.

Blaise currently resides in the Hampden neighborhood of Baltimore where he sits on the local community council board. In his free time he enjoys sports & travel with his wife, Colleen, and son, Aedan.

Blaise holds the FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 Licenses.

Melissa joined UBS in 2022 after previous experience at independent RIA firms. She holds the Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses as well as the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® (CRPC®) designation. She has a keen interest in financial planning and behavioral finance. Melissa is originally from Vancouver, Canada and now lives in Annapolis with her husband and children
