Jay brings over 30 years of advising business owners, professionals, retirement plans, endowments, liquidity events and entrepreneurs. He focuses on clients as individuals, carefully evaluating their risk tolerance, goals and objectives, and works to create a financial plan that's right for them. Jay leverages the Team AGT core strengths and capabilities as a way to help clients achieve financial health.
Jay graduated from the University of North Texas with a B.A. in Accounting and holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designation. Jay is active in the local cycling community. His philanthropic focus outside of the office is to inspire and give people the tools to find the best employment opportunity for themselves.
Jason evaluates a client's entire financial picture to implement a plan that is customized based on their agreed upon needs and aspirations. Jason strives to help families confidently accumulate, preserve, and transfer wealth through a planning based approach, allowing families to successfully achieve wealth through a planning based approach, allowing families to successfully achieve their critical financial goals. Understanding that these critical goals can change, Jason works consistantly to review and update the plans accordingly. Jason graduated from Texas Christian University with a B.A. in Accounting and holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA®) and the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designations. Jason lives in Dallas with his wife and four active children.
Rusti has been serving clients in the financial services industry for over 20 years. She began her career as a Senior Facility Analyst with Fidelity Funding Mortgage in 1997 and joined PaineWebber in 2000. Her years of experience make her uniquely qualified to offer sophisticated investment advice that help to solve the complex needs of clients. As an experienced advisor she provides detailed financial planning along with customized wealth management strategies. In her spare time, Rusti enjoys spending time with her family and gives back to the community by volunteering with local charitable organizations.
Rusti holds her FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities licenses as well as a Texas insurance license and the Chartered Retirement Planning Consultant (CRPC®) designation.
Henry is a Vice President – Wealth Management in the Dallas office of UBS Wealth Management. He is responsible for advising affluent families, institutions and non-profits, as well as their respective trusts, estates, foundations, endowments and pension plans on all matters related to the capital markets. Henry works closely with his clients’ trusted tax and legal advisors on all matters, including tax and estate planning, the management and liquidation of concentrated stock positions, and the sales of privately held businesses.
Henry is active in the community and a former board member of the Dallas Chapter of the National Football League Alumni, a charitable organization which holds various events benefiting children’s charities in Texas. He is also part of the leadership committee with the Southlake Focus Group, a top volunteer local career networking group.
Henry holds an MBA and Economics degrees from the University of North Dakota where he was a two sport letterman. He moved to Dallas in 1982 with his wife, Becky and they have three grown children, Rebecca, Henry III and Alec, all of whom either graduated from, or are working on degrees at Baylor University
Evan enjoys managing the needs of his clients while providing a consistent and proactive approach to serving wealthy families. His favored style is to put himself in his clients’ shoes, as he feels the best way to help someone is to understand their perspective first. He enjoys problem-solving and the responsibility of having to meet clients’ goals. His enthusiasm, personal service and ability to efficiently handle clients’ distinct needs help set him and his experienced team apart.
Evan likes to spend his time rock climbing, playing tennis, and watching soccer. Evan earned a B.S. in Economics from the University of Texas at Dallas and holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.
AJ advises a wide array of clients including individuals, families, their businesses, and their other advisors, including their CPA's and attorneys. Additionally, AJ is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor, which helps him prepare small businesses for a smooth transition into the next stage of their business’s life cycle. Currently, AJ serves on the board for both the Young Risk Management Association and The Finance Forum.
Before he joined UBS, AJ worked in the International Tax Group at KPMG. While there, he worked on a variety of Fortune 500 companies, including ones in the financial services and consumer goods industries. AJ, along with his wife, Ally, are both lifelong Dallas residents. When not working, they enjoy cooking and taking their dog to the dog park.
