Jay brings over 30 years of advising business owners, professionals, retirement plans, endowments, liquidity events and entrepreneurs. He focuses on clients as individuals, carefully evaluating their risk tolerance, goals and objectives, and works to create a financial plan that's right for them. Jay leverages the Team AGT core strengths and capabilities as a way to help clients achieve financial health.
Jay graduated from the University of North Texas with a B.A. in Accounting and holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designation. Jay is active in the local cycling community. His philanthropic focus outside of the office is to inspire and give people the tools to find the best employment opportunity for themselves.
Jason evaluates a client's entire financial picture to implement a plan that is customized based on their agreed upon needs and aspirations. Jason strives to help families confidently accumulate, preserve, and transfer wealth through a planning based approach, allowing families to successfully achieve wealth through a planning based approach, allowing families to successfully achieve their critical financial goals. Understanding that these critical goals can change, Jason works consistantly to review and update the plans accordingly. Jason graduated from Texas Christian University with a B.A. in Accounting and holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA®) and the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designations. Jason lives in Dallas with his wife and four active children.
Rusti has been serving clients in the financial services industry for over 20 years. She began her career as a Senior Facility Analyst with Fidelity Funding Mortgage in 1997 and joined PaineWebber in 2000. Her years of experience make her uniquely qualified to offer sophisticated investment advice that help to solve the complex needs of clients. As an experienced advisor she provides detailed financial planning along with customized wealth management strategies. In her spare time, Rusti enjoys spending time with her family and gives back to the community by volunteering with local charitable organizations.
Rusti holds her FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities licenses as well as a Texas insurance license and the Chartered Retirement Planning Consultant (CRPC®) designation.
Henry is a Vice President – Wealth Management in the Dallas office of UBS Wealth Management. He is responsible for advising affluent families, institutions and non-profits, as well as their respective trusts, estates, foundations, endowments and pension plans on all matters related to the capital markets. Henry works closely with his clients’ trusted tax and legal advisors on all matters, including tax and estate planning, the management and liquidation of concentrated stock positions, and the sales of privately held businesses.
Henry is active in the community and a former board member of the Dallas Chapter of the National Football League Alumni, a charitable organization which holds various events benefiting children’s charities in Texas. He is also part of the leadership committee with the Southlake Focus Group, a top volunteer local career networking group.
Henry holds an MBA and Economics degrees from the University of North Dakota where he was a two sport letterman. He moved to Dallas in 1982 with his wife, Becky and they have three grown children, Rebecca, Henry III and Alec, all of whom either graduated from, or are working on degrees at Baylor University
Evan enjoys managing the needs of his clients while providing a consistent and proactive approach to serving wealthy families. His favored style is to put himself in his clients’ shoes, as he feels the best way to help someone is to understand their perspective first. He enjoys problem-solving and the responsibility of having to meet clients’ goals. His enthusiasm, personal service and ability to efficiently handle clients’ distinct needs help set him and his experienced team apart.
Evan likes to spend his time rock climbing, playing tennis, and watching soccer. Evan earned a B.S. in Economics from the University of Texas at Dallas and holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.
AJ advises a wide array of clients including individuals, families, their businesses, and their other advisors, including their CPA's and attorneys. Additionally, AJ is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor, which helps him prepare small businesses for a smooth transition into the next stage of their business’s life cycle. Currently, AJ serves on the board for both the Young Risk Management Association and The Finance Forum.
Before he joined UBS, AJ worked in the International Tax Group at KPMG. While there, he worked on a variety of Fortune 500 companies, including ones in the financial services and consumer goods industries. AJ, along with his wife, Ally, are both lifelong Dallas residents. When not working, they enjoy cooking and taking their dog to the dog park.
Prior to joining UBS, Scott worked as an advisor at Merrill Lynch and Citizens Securities. He is also a U.S. Army veteran with a career spanning 15 years of military service. As a Captain, he deployed a total of 18 months, leading soldiers in both Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Spartan Shield. The duality of his experience provides the team with a strong analytical and organizational structure needed to overcome any obstacle a client may face in pursuit of meeting their financial goals.
Scott graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a Master of Science in Finance and Robert Morris University with a Master of Science in Taxation and a Master of Business Administration. He also holds his FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.
With over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, Janine has developed extensive knowledge of services and solutions available to our clients. Her commitment to exceptional service and consistent communications are key to building long term, multi-generational relationships. Client accessibility is a top priority for Janine and our team.
Born in Fort Worth, Texas, Janine was raised in Oklahoma and graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Business Administration-Finance degree. After graduating, she worked in the investments division of a large bank and then as a bankruptcy legal assistant.
Janine has lived in Bangkok, Thailand and Jakarta, Indonesia where her daughter Madeline was born. She lives in Allen with her family and enjoys cooking, gardening and playing mahjong. Janine volunteers at the Allen Food Pantry. She holds the FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses.
Laurie joined Team AGT in September of 2020. She has been in the financial services industry since June 1984. She is the first point of contact for the clients, providing an excellent client experience. Her work includes exercising stock options, annual required minimum distributions, deceased account processing, as well as offering administrative and managerial support to financial advisors and office management.
Laurie grew up in Texarkana, TX. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She holds the FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities and her Texas Insurance License.
Laurie volunteers in her community and enjoys traveling, dining, and exploring Dallas. Her hobbies include watching sports and being with friends and family.
Pamela Fontenot started in the financial services industry with Legg Mason Wood Walker back in 1996. She joined Team AGT in January of 2021. She provides quality client service and support to the financial advisors on the team.
Born and raised in South Louisiana, Pamela is a huge LSU Tiger fan. She attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She now lives in Plano with her family. In her free time she enjoys traveling, hiking, reading and quality time with friends and family.
Carly is the teams Client Relationship Specialist whose duties are to enhance the overall experience for our clients while helping to build strong and trusting relationships. She has a BBA in Finance from UT El Paso and has over 8 years of client service experience through hospitality and banking.
Growing up in El Paso, Texas she was an active member of the community whom helped establish the Epilepsy Foundation in West Texas and raised awareness through local walks, golf tournaments, and scholarships. She is a restaurant connoisseur and enjoys traveling in her free time all while staying active. Her hobbies include running marathons, golf, and sand volleyball.

Prior to joining UBS Jana worked for the Home Furnishings Association, the nation’s leading non-profit trade organization dedicated to the success of 1,200+ retail member supporting over 7K storefront locations. There she worked with furniture retailers and vendors across the country to establish and maintain relationships with members and ensure they had the tools necessary to operate a successful and profitable retail business.
Jana graduated from Stephen F Austin State University in Nacogdoches, TX with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
