Jorge has over 50 years of experience in the financial services industry. He joined Paul Andrews at UBS as a Senior Wealth Strategist in 2009, creating the Andrews-Balboa Wealth Management Group (now named ABG Wealth Management).
Jorge managed over $400 million for institutions, nonprofits, endowments, family offices, and high net worth individuals for over 20 years while at Merrill Lynch. He has extensive experience in portfolio management, and coupled with an awareness of global markets, Jorge offers innovative solutions for a broad variety of sophisticated clients. Jorge's vast experience lends perspective, insights, and connections, which add value to our wealth management practice.
Mr. Balboa is a graduate of Georgetown University, where he studied accounting and finance. Jorge is also fluent in Spanish. A resident of Washington, D.C. for more than 50 years, Jorge also spends time in Bethany Beach, DE and Key Biscayne, FL. Jorge has been a member and active participant in numerous local charitable organizations and is a member of several fraternal organizations, professional associations, and social clubs. Jorge has three adult children and eight grandchildren.

Prior to joining the ABG Wealth Management in December 2015, Alexis was a Registered Client Service Associate at Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management, where she was responsible for the marketing and business development process for her team and managed the consultative process for prospective clients.
Before entering the financial services industry, Alexis came from a career as a Certified International Configuration Manager and a certified Project Management Professional. Her clients were Lockheed Martin, Entergy Nuclear, and the College Board. Alexis graduated with a B.A. in English from Georgetown University, where she also played goalkeeper on the women’s soccer team. She went on to receive an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland, University College. She holds her Series 7, 66, and life and health insurance licenses. She is also a Certified Financial PlannerTM (CFP®) professional, a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®).
Ms. George sits on the board of Independent Grounds Coffee House, which helps to equip Autistic students with the necessary skills to seek and maintain employment once they graduate from high school. She is also on the board of Hoyas Unlimited, where she serves as a philanthropic leader and ambassador for all Georgetown University athletic programs. Alexis enjoys adventure travel—whether it is cage diving with Great Whites in South Africa or trekking the lemurs of Madagascar. She currently resides in Washington, D.C. with her husband, Wesley, son, George, and their rescue dog, Cayman.

Jeanine Krall has a vast background, where her first 19 professional years were spent in the air as an American Airlines flight attendant. But when the opportunity to stay grounded presented itself, Jeanine parlayed her degree in global business and finance from Arizona State University, into the world of finance. For three years, Jeanine served as a Problem Resolution Administrator and Financial Planning Consultant with Vanguard, and then continued on to Matrix Financial Services, where she fulfilled the role as Relationship Manager for over seven years. Prior to joining UBS this year, she spent three years at Paychex as a Retirement Services Account Manager.
Jeanine is a recent Washington, D.C. transplant from Phoenix, Arizona. Her eldest daughter joined her on the cross-country move, while her two younger daughters are still studying at the University of Arizona. When she's not off exploring her new city, Jeanine enjoys crocheting and spending time with family.
