Senior Vice President–Wealth Management
Financial Advisor
I help ESOP companies and their leaders navigate the critical years after the transaction, where long-term stability, repurchase obligations, and personal wealth management come into focus.
As the founder of the Corporate Liquidity Planning Group at UBS, I bring more than 25 years of financial planning experience and six years of deep specialization in the ESOP space. My team and I partner with executives, trustees, and selling shareholders to design liquidity strategies that support both the company’s commitments and the owner’s next chapter.
Our work centers on:
Over the past six years, I’ve been privileged to work on 30+ ESOP engagements, helping companies strengthen their financial foundation and helping owners translate decades of business success into lasting impact. Today, I continue to advocate within the ESOP community for smarter, more intentional approaches to liquidity planning that allow employee-owned companies to thrive for the benefit of their employees and the legacy of their founders.

Account Vice President
Financial Advisor
As a Financial Advisor with over 25 years of experience, I specialize in helping ESOP companies address the financial complexities that come with growth, governance, and repurchase obligations. My focus is on Repurchase Obligation Liquidity Planning, helping leadership teams put practical strategies in place so they can meet obligations with confidence while maintaining operational flexibility and long-term goals.
With 16 years in corporate cash and investment management, I bring a balance-sheet perspective to ESOP planning. I work primarily with management teams - CFOs, controllers, and treasurers - to integrate corporate cash, investments, and trust management into liquidity plans, helping demonstrate to boards and trustees prudence through clear forecasts and documented policies.
My priority is to turn repurchase forecasts and studies into board-ready actions: aligning distribution policies, valuation considerations, and capital strategies so companies are prepared to meet obligations, protect employee-owners, and support the continuity of the ESOP. Beyond liquidity, I also advise selling shareholders on diversification and charitable giving strategies to ensure their personal legacy aligns with the legacy of their business.
Outside of work, I enjoy challenging hikes with my husband, yoga and meditation, exploring national parks with my children and stepchildren, providing pro bono life coaching, and fostering animals. I’m currently preparing for a 75-mile trek through Patagonia in February 2026.
