Sylvia has 27 years of client service experience on the fixed income and retail side of the financial industry. She has worked for leading firms in the financial services industry. Sylvia began her career at a regional bond house in operations. She has been responsible for managing the administrative functions for several private wealth advisors. In 1994 she assisted a fixed income financial advisor, dealing with primarily institutional banks and municipalities. In 1996 she joined what is now UBS Financial Services. Sylvia has served as the branch technology liaison, Managed account specialist, Insurance specialist, branch trainer and Coach. She holds a Series 7 and 63 General Securities and state license, Series 65 Investment Advisor, as well as the Series 9/10 Sales supervisor.
The last 16 years she has been the assistant to a Senior Vice President – Wealth Management; responsible for managing relationships, maintaining and servicing several ultra-high net worth family offices. She has extensive experience executing trades, calculating margin, trading options and fixed income as well as assisting the advisor in all aspects of the client relationships.
Sylvia is the mother of four boys. She spends most of her free time watching them play football and baseball. She has strong family values and enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering with various charities at her church and at the High School. She is a certified Zumba instructor and an avid runner.
