Liz has spent her entire career—the last three and a half decades—with this team at UBS. She has cultivated a specialization in private clients, their families and foundations. As a Private Wealth Advisor who has earned the UBS business designation of Family Office Consultant for her focus on exceptional families, Liz provides deep access to the global resources, solutions and services of the firm. With a disciplined focus on investment management, analysis and research, she offers a highly personalized investment strategy and service experience for each client.
Because of her success and the lasting relationships she has built with clients, Liz was selected to serve on the UBS Financial Advisor Advisory Council (FAAC), as well as the firm’s Strategic Planning Committee. A sought-after authority on the markets, Liz has appeared on the Houston edition of CNBC’s Street Signs and has been featured in the Barron’s video “How to Smooth the Market Roller Coaster.”

Brian is a fourth-generation Houstonian. With more than 20 years of investment management experience, he has earned the UBS business designation of Family Office Consultant for his focus on helping exceptional families. He specializes in financial planning, portfolio management and asset allocation.
Working directly with a diverse group of successful entrepreneurs and business owners going through the sale or transition of their business, Brian has extensive experience with private equity and uncommonly complex investment needs. Brian believes that clients are friends, first and foremost. Serving as the team lead on legacy and multigenerational planning, he creates, reviews and tracks comprehensive wealth plans and builds highly customized financial strategies.

Charles Litton joined our group as a Financial Advisor and Investment Analyst in 2011. As a Chartered Financial Analyst®, Charles is the team’s dedicated analyst and focuses on asset allocation, manager due diligence and portfolio analytics. He graduated from Rice University's Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business, where he earned his Masters of Business Administration. Prior to his graduate course work, Charles worked in the Corporate Lending group at Amegy Bank in Houston. He holds an undergraduate degree in economics from University of Virginia and attended The Kinkaid School here in Houston. Charles holds Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses. Outside the office, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with friends and family. He and his wife Laura have two children, Cecilia and Thomas.
Greg Eknoyan joined UBS in 2006 and joined our team in 2021 as a Financial Advisor. With over 29 years of investment experience, Greg began his career at Paine Webber in 1991 and also worked for several years at Oppenheimer Inc. prior to moving to UBS. In 2009, he earned the UBS Wealth Advisor designation.
From retirement, estate, and overall financial planning to bespoke wealth management solutions, Greg brings diverse experience to his practice across the spectrum of clients’ needs. He specializes in financial planning, portfolio management and asset allocation. He holds the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses and is accredited to offer insurance.
Greg graduated in 1991 from Texas A&M University with a degree in Philosophy. He enjoys college football and spending time in the country at his in-laws’ farm near Weimar, Texas. Greg and his wife Leah have two children: Sarah, a junior at Vanderbilt University, and Will, a senior at Lamar High School. Greg has served with Leah as the President of the Briargrove Elementary Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) and as the President of Tanglewood Middle School PTO. Greg is a native Houstonian and attended St. Thomas Episcopal from Kindergarten through High School.
Liz DeMontrond joined our group as a Financial Advisor in 2019. Before UBS, Liz spent four years at Goldman, Sachs & Company in the Investment Management Division as a Private Wealth Advisor in Houston. Liz graduated from the University of Virginia's Darden Graduate School of Business, where she earned her Masters of Business Administration. Before her graduate work, Liz worked for IBERIA Capital Partners, an energy-focused brokerage group within IBERIABANK in New Orleans. After attending St. Agnes Academy High School in Houston, Liz went to Princeton University and graduated with a B.A. in Art History in 2011. She played varsity volleyball at Princeton for four years and captained the team her Senior Year. Liz holds her Series 7, Series 66, and Series 3 securities licenses. Liz resides in Houston with her husband, George, and their Bernedoodle puppy Bear. She is on the board of the Princeton Alumni Association of Houston and is on the Corporate Committee of the Menil Collection.
Brittany Steitz joined our group as a Senior Wealth Strategist in 2019. Brittany connects clients with solutions. Her natural talent for connecting people and almost unmatched capacity for getting this done enables her to identify clients' needs and propose customized solutions quickly. Before UBS, Brittany worked at Tectonic Advisors as a member of the Family Office team in Houston, Texas. Brittany was responsible for analyzing client investment opportunities and executing strategies for the growth and protection of family wealth. After attending St. Agnes Academy for high school in Houston, Brittany earned her Bachelor of Business Administration cum laude from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University. She began her career in financial services and Salient Partners L.P. where she leveraged her relationship management skills and advised ultra-high net worth families on investment and portfolio management, wealth education, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. Brittany has over 7 years of financial services experience and holds her Series 7 and Series 66 Securities licenses. She also earned her Certificate of Financial Planning from Rice University and became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. Deeply committed to a wide range of philanthropic causes, Brittany currently serves as a member of the St. Agnes Academy Foundation Board and its Investment Committee. She is an alumna of the Next Gen Donor Institute at the Greater Houston Community Foundation and is very passionate about the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Brittany is a native Houstonian. She is married and has a son.
Amy Cousin joined our group as a Senior Client Service Associate March 2021. Before UBS, Amy worked at Hightower Advisors as a Senior Client Services Manager in Houston. Amy was responsible for client services, operations and investor relations with Private Equity Funds. After attending Oak Ridge High School in Spring, Amy served in the United States Air Force. She began her career in Financial Services at Morgan Stanley in 2007 where she honed and leveraged her operational and client service skills. Amy holds her Series 7 and Series 66 Securities licenses. Amy is a native Houstonian with a son, Tyler, that is currently serving in the United States Air Force and a daughter, Brenna.
Wendy Walker has spent over 25 years in the Financial Services industry. She began her career at Smith Barney in Palo Alto, CA in 1995. Wendy has spent the majority of her time in the business specializing in corporate equity compensation matters, but she has tremendous experience across a large swath of Wealth Management services. She has previously worked for UBS for 14 years and is very excited to be back. Having moved to Houston in 2007, she now calls Texas home. Wendy lives in Spring with her husband, Scott, and their two children, Haley and Brendan.
Sara comes from Madrid, Spain, where she obtained a Law degree from the Complutense University and has 25 years’ experience in Wealth Management and Investment Banking. The majority of her career was spent at UBS between Madrid, London and finally New York, where she lived until 2018. After meeting her husband, John, they moved to Houston, where Sara spent 4 years at Morgan Stanley as a Senior Registered Client Service Associate before deciding to return to UBS. Sara holds her Series 7, 63, 66 licenses and speaks 3 languages. Outside of the office, she is a keen mixologist and enjoys spending time with her husband, their two rescue dogs, and traveling the world.
Haley joined UBS in April 2018 and has been accepted to the UBS Wealth Manager Development Program. She received her B.A. from The University of Texas in The Plan II Honors Program and was awarded the Class of 2016 Model Thesis Award. She has earned her Graduate Certificate in Public Health from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Haley has held positions in the health technology and innovation consulting industries, worked as a Financial Analyst Intern at UBS, held research roles in multiple capacities, and founded her own company. She is committed to serving people everywhere, as revealed by her initiative in several global mission trips, dedication to leading Christian communities, and consistent eagerness to volunteer her time.
Haley is also a CERTIFIED SCRUM PRODUCT OWNER (CSPO®) and a CERTIFIED SCRUM MASTER (CSM®)
