Years in business as a team
Private Wealth Management
There’s more to wealth than money. There’s your family’s security and well-being. The growth and success of your business. A worthy cause that’s transforming lives. At Wilfong Meyer Gage Group, we have the diversity of skills, education and experience to help you pursue your goals and greater ideals through meticulous planning and investing. We focus our attention and energy on making a difference in people’s lives. And, we work together as one cohesive team to simplify complex situations, to ultimately help you make a significant and lasting impact for good. It’s all backed by UBS—one of world’s largest wealth managers.
We start by asking you one simple question: what is important about money to you? Your answer is a call to action for us.
Our clients are good people—they care about others, they give back, they have integrity.
Success doesn’t just happen. It’s planned.
Comprehensive planning can often streamline your business and position you for greater success. We consider the individual factors that shape your company as a whole.
If you’re looking for growth, what are best options for capital—and how will that affect your plans for retirement? Or if you’re thinking about an exit, what are the tax implications, and how will that impact your cash flow today? Effective business planning cannot be done in isolation; it must be integrated to help your business thrive. Our specific business solutions include:
Helping you minimize the complexity and maximize the impact
Many of our clients hope to make a difference in the world. We know how to turn a passion for giving into a powerful change for good: the key is to maximize the impact of your donations.
It’s essential to donate the right amount, at the right time, to the right organization—in the right way. Would that be donor-advised funds? Are there tax advantages to giving away appreciated securities? What will work best for you and your goals?
Philanthropy requires careful, strategic planning at multiple stages to optimize outcomes.
Charities we’re passionate about
UBS Optimus Foundation — a global network of charitable foundations that focuses on the priority needs of children, making strategic investments in health, education and child protection.
WiseHeart Foundation — Works with Christian philanthropists to assist them in making wiser, more effective contributions to achieve their personal charitable goals.
ARISE2Read — A partnership of churches and businesses with local school districts to strengthen second-grade students and enable them to enter third grade reading on grade level.
Compassion and guidance when life changes
Going through a divorce or suffering the loss of a loved one is such an emotional time. For many women, financial questions come up as well—how much money do you have, will it last and what should you do now that you’re on your own? This is precisely where we can help.
We take the time to listen, to understand where you are today, to learn what you’re looking for. We then analyze your finances and create a comprehensive plan designed to meet your goals—now and in the future. Our proactive approach and responsiveness helps keep you on track and allows us to adjust your plan as your needs evolve over time.
We know transitions are difficult. Let us offer guidance and help along the way.
“We simplify wealth management and make the process tangible. This helps our clients take action and make informed financial decisions.”
— Doug Meyer
Understanding your priorities in life is essential to managing your wealth. At Wilfong Meyer Gage Group, our process starts with questions and a discussion centered on what’s most important to you. We then help organize your financial life into three key dimensions:
Liquidity. Longevity. Legacy.
Our approach can help you organize your financial life into three key dimensions: Liquidity—to help provide cash flow for short-term expenses, Longevity—for longer-term needs and Legacy—for needs that go beyond your own. Through the plan we create together, we can help you pursue what matters most today, tomorrow and for generations to come.
Timeframes may vary. Strategies are subject to individual client goals, objectives and suitability. This approach is not a promise or guarantee that wealth, or any financial results, can or will be achieved.
All investments involve the risk of loss, including the risk of loss of the entire investment.
“One of our greatest strengths is creativity—we look at situations through different lenses, then offer custom solutions as a result.”
— Keri Gage
Once we have a clear vision of your overall financial picture, we bring together the best resources within our team and UBS to deliver investment solutions to help grow and preserve your wealth.
We are here to provide quality strategies customized to your needs. We concentrate on developing long-term relationships through a commitment to quality client service. You can rely on our personalized advice, first-class solutions, and extensive wealth management experience.

Joining UBS in 2012, Keri today combines her skills with other team members to serve clients at her highest level. Her goal: to help you reach yours. Her focus: women in transition and estate planning.
A continuing financial education.
With a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Keri also graduated from Southern Trust School in 1996; Cannon Financial Comprehensive Wealth Management School in 2003; and the Leadership Memphis Executive Program in 2014.
