Loren's career on Wall St. started in 1984 on an equity trading and research desk where he worked with world ranked analysts to identify and market investment opportunities.  This institutional background provided Loren with the ability to communicate with sophisticated investors who value expertise and common sense.

Over the course of 30 years, Loren has evolved an approach to wealth management that is built on best practices and a business plan process that begins with client goals. As the senior team leader, Loren has built our practice to be a clearing house of holistic ideas, offering clients appropriate strategies around wealth planning, retirement cash flows, estate planning, insurance and philanthropy.

Working closely with individuals and families, Kevin and The Weiss Group team provide an integrated planning approach specifically tailored around each client’s goals, needs and dreams. Kevin is dedicated to helping clients grow and preserve wealth while planning a legacy to be proud of. He works closely with clients’ estate attorneys, insurance representatives, CPAs, business bankers and philanthropic advisors to develop integrated planning solutions that drive informed financial decisions.

Engaged in all aspects of the team’s relationships, he helps ensure each client has access to the full services of the firm. Appreciated for his moral and ethical approach to managing client relationships, Kevin focuses primarily on market research, portfolio analysis and investment solutions. When developing financial plans, he helps clients see how all aspects of their financial lives fit together, including asset allocation, retirement accounts, education planning, strategic philanthropy and estate plan strategies.

Mike helps deliver the highest quality service to clients by always keeping their best interests at heart. He handles the day-to-day operations of the team and focuses on money manager research and analysis due diligence, market data and portfolio performance.

Mike understands that the first priority is always risk management. Dedicated to providing holistic wealth management, Mike works with the team and a client’s outside professional advisors to develop a comprehensive financial plan. His focus on financial education aims to help clients feel confident about making informed fiscal decisions.

Rylee is committed to helping clients achieve their financial aspirations. With 7 years of financial experience and holding the series 7 and 66, she provides personalized financial planning services tailored to individual needs and circumstances. Rylee's expertise encompasses a wide range of financial matters, including investment planning, retirement planning, and wealth management.

Rylee studied Agricultural Business at California Polytechnic State University and holds a MSc in International Business and Management from the University of Westminster, London.

Rylee grew up in Orange County, CA but she now lives in New York City . She enjoys trying new restaurants, running (NYC Marathon 2024), and skiing.

Growing up in a family of financial industry professionals, Lexi quickly developed a passion for pursuing that same profession. She joined the Weiss Group in 2018 managing the team’s operations. Within that role, she simplifies each client’s financial life by organizing accounts, preparing performance summaries, providing education on the firm’s extensive capabilities and ultimately being readily available for all and any requests that may come her way.
