    Loren's career on Wall St. started in 1984 on an equity trading and research desk where he worked with world ranked analysts to identify and market investment opportunities.  This institutional background provided Loren with the ability to communicate with sophisticated investors who value expertise and common sense.

    Over the course of 30 years, Loren has evolved an approach to wealth management that is built on best practices and a business plan process that begins with client goals. As the senior team leader, Loren has built our practice to be a clearing house of holistic ideas, offering clients appropriate strategies around wealth planning, retirement cash flows, estate planning, insurance and philanthropy.

        Working closely with individuals and families, Kevin and The Weiss Group team provide an integrated planning approach specifically tailored around each client’s goals, needs and dreams. Kevin is dedicated to helping clients grow and preserve wealth while planning a legacy to be proud of. He works closely with clients’ estate attorneys, insurance representatives, CPAs, business bankers and philanthropic advisors to develop integrated planning solutions that drive informed financial decisions.

                              Ian joined UBS Private Wealth Management in 2021 after starting his career at Equitable Advisors as a financial consultant. His areas of focus are investment manager due diligence, business development, investment research and client communications. He is a 2019 graduate of Gettysburg College where he was an athlete on the Lacrosse team. Ian currently resides in New York City and holds the SIE, Series 7, Series 66 and New York State Life, Accident and Health Insurance License. Ian grew up in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania and enjoys Golfing and Fishing in his free time.
