    Marty was born and raised in the New York metropolitan area and studied agricultural economics at Cornell University earning a Bachelors of Science. Marty then studied finance and international business at George Washington University earning a Masters of Business Administration.

    Marty began in the financial services industry in 1984 with Merrill Lynch. In 1990 Marty married Ana Martinez and moved to Portland, Oregon to work with Smith Barney, where he remained for 18 years before joining UBS Financial Services, Inc. in 2008.

    Marty also founded Antica Terra, a vineyard and wine company, in 1990. The first commercial vintage was in 1996. Antica Terra went on to produce world class Pinot Noir in a state known for the grape. Marty and Ana have two children, Sonia and Jacob, both aspiring musicians. Marty is interested in cooking, gardening, winemaking and is a member of the Portland Rose Society.

      Bryan was born in Thousand Oaks, California.  He moved to Coeur d' Alene, Idaho for high school and then to Portland, Oregon where he obtained his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in finance at Portland State University.

      Bryan began working with Marty Weber at Smith Barney while attending Portland State in 1998 and married Kari Needham in July 2001.  Bryan and Kari had their son, Parker in 2006, and the three currently live in Tigard, a suburb of Portland.  Marty and Bryan worked together at Smith Barney until 2008, when they joined UBS together.

      Bryan obtained his Certified Financial Planning (CFP) designation in April of 2018. In his free time he enjoys training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and cheering for his son on the golf course.

        Amy joined the Weber Vandergriff Group in 2013. As our Registered Client Service Associate, she provides administrative support and client services. A native Oregonian, Amy has 14 years of experience in the industry. Her career began in 1992 working with a leading local law firm Stoel Rives. Amy worked as a research assistant with Scudder in New York followed by 4 years with Bear Stearns on the institutional equity trading desk in Boston. Amy also worked in investor relations for MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas. Amy joined UBS in 2010, she is Series 7 and 63 licensed. Her interests include travel, gardening and home improvement projects. She has a 9 year old son and loves pinball.
