Jack attended Florida State University and majored in Business Management. Jack has an interesting past. He began his career as a PGA Golf Instructor. His family's business was golf course development, and Jack participated in the development of several properties in central Florida. Through this employment, he became more interested in the real estate business. Jack served in the capacity of a real estate agent until 1991 when he began his financial services career at Merrill Lynch. After seven years at Morgan Stanley, in 2008, Jack joined UBS. Jack utilizes his previous experiences and his Senior Portfolio Manager designation to create tailored solutions to help his clients achieve their goals. He is FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licensed; he also holds Life, Health, Variable Annuity, and Long Term Care licenses. One of Jack's greatest strengths is building long term relationships with his clients. He treats his clients like family.
Jack and his wife Jane live in Winter Haven, Florida where they raised their two sons: Cole, a yacht broker, and Conor, who also works in the financial services industry. Jack and Jane attend Grace Lutheran church and support many charities in the community. When he isn't serving his clients, Jack enjoys cruising the lakes in his pontoon boat, and saltwater fishing in south Florida.
Eric began his career in 2001 and joined UBS in 2008 after 7 years in wealth management at Morgan Stanley. Eric focuses on financial planning to serve the specialized needs of a limited number of affluent families, whose needs extend beyond investment management to include liability management, trust and estate planning, tax management and philanthropic strategies. The planning is based on the model of providing access to a world-class product platform and a well-executed plan. Through his approach Eric works to provide personalized investment strategies that can help balance income, growth, and risk for each client.
Eric and his family are strongly committed to charity and community. As an Eagle Scout, Eric has volunteered with the Boy Scouts of America and served as Finance Chairman for the Lake Region District in Central Florida. Eric and his family are passionate about education; Eric has served on the Polk State College Foundation Board. A graduate of the University of Florida, Eric also served on the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity Board of Trustees and House Committee. Eric Johnson is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner. He holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst®, and Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designations. Eric has a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Florida with a minor in Economics.
In his free time Eric enjoys spending time with his wife Cady, daughter Halle, and son Embrey. You can find him and family on the soccer field on most weekends. Eric and his family reside in Lakeland, FL.
Amy strives for unparalleled customer service; she is the primary customer service liaison for the Watkins Johnson Group. Her client focus and organizational skills make Amy an integral part of the team. She graduated with a major in Finance and a minor in International Business from the University of Central Florida. Though her professional career began in the financial services industry, she spent nine years managing the legal, insurance and financial aspects of her family's powerboat racing business. Amy joined Morgan Stanley in 2005 and came to UBS in 2008 as a Registered Client Service Associate. Amy utilizes her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation in planning discussions with her team. Amy is FINRA Series 7, 31, and 66 licensed; she also holds Life, Health, Variable Annuity, and Long Term Care licenses.
In her free time, Amy loves to travel. She considers gaining passport stamps one of her greatest pastimes. She also loves spending time with her family, watching the sunsets from her boathouse, and spending time with her friends. She lives in Winter Haven with her son Austen and adorable puppy Khaos.
After graduating from Florida Southern College in 1999 with a double major in Computer Information Systems and Finance, Rachel began her career in financial services with Wachovia Securities. She spent 10 years with Wachovia Securities as a Marketing Assistant and then moved to UBS in 2008 as a Senior Registered Client Service Associate, Branch Office Administrator, and Branch Technology Liaison. Shortly after beginning treatment for breast cancer in October 2016, Rachel dove into a management position in the capacity of Supervisory Officer where she utilized her critical thinking skills, gregarious personality, and vast product and industry knowledge to assist the firm in managing and reducing risk through proper compliance controls. Since January 2020, Rachel has been a member of the Watkins Johnson Wealth Management Group where her focus is on financial planning, building relationships, managing our trading systems, and helping clients understand what is necessary to achieve their financial goals. Rachel is FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, 63, and 65 licensed and also holds Life, Health, Variable Annuity, and Long Term Care licenses. Using her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) marks as well as her Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designation, Rachel creates tailored Financial Plans which help clients achieve their financial goals.

She has previously served as the Teaming Chair for the American Cancer Society's Annual Breast Cancer Walk fundraiser. She is a member of Victory Church in Lakeland, and she and her husband Matt reside in Lakeland, Florida with their rambunctious dog Molly.
