For over 40 years, Mimi has advised multigenerational families and high net worth individuals on their wealth management needs. As senior member of The Wallace Group, Mimi is dedicated to providing the highest level of client service -- advising clients across all aspects of their financial lives including investments, philanthropy, and educating the next generation. Mimi began her career at J.C. Bradford in 1979 and became the first female financial advisor to hold their title of Partner. She holds the designation of Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®), which helps give her in-depth knowledge of managing investment portfolios.
An avid golfer and kayaker, Mimi can often be found outdoors and is passionate about supporting the environment. She is a member of Tennessee Women in Green, which connects women committed to environmental sustainability. She also supports the local community through her longtime role as a board member of the 100 Club of Nashville, which has provided over $1 million in financial assistance to the families of police officers, firefighters, and EMT staff who lost their lives or were victims of serious injury in the line of duty.

Mark also began his professional investment career over 40 years ago and is certifiably the oldest member of The Wallace Group. In addition, he is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®™ (CFP®) certificant, a Registered Securities Principal and a Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®), earning these designations in 1990, 1994, and 1999, respectively. Following his designation in 2003 as an Institutional Consultant at UBS, Mark's business focus has been to serve as an investment management consultant to trustees of pension, health and welfare, and defined-contribution plans. Over ten years ago, he qualified at UBS to offer discretionary portfolio management to select clients, focusing on the use of low-cost ETFs in specific industries. Mark moved to Nashville to pursue a career in music, soon learning that his guitar playing would attract no attention. He has continued to write and record original tunes, framing his very first BMI royalty check, received back in 1994. He enjoys making up new songs with his children and grandchildren. He and his bride, Mary, support many creative endeavors in Middle Tennessee.

Gordon blends an Industrial Psychology degree from Rhodes College (1990), a Masters degree in Elementary Education from Vanderbilt University (1995) and over twenty five years of experience in the investment industry in his approach to helping clients identify and pursue meaningful financial goals.
With his experience in behavioral finance since before the turn of the century, Gordon’s work begins with understanding clients’ relationships with money and investing. This starting point informs Gordon’s approach to crafting an investment strategy that matches clients’ risk profiles and leverages the strengths of his team and his firm to build and monitor portfolios. Ongoing due diligence involving those portfolios and regular contact with clients drive Gordon’s daily activities and he is grateful to be part of a team that subscribes to the notion that “All of us know more than Any of us knows.”
Gordon, his wife Holly and family support a number of activities away from the office including the performing arts in Middle Tennessee, the Alzheimer’s Association of Middle Tennessee, Ronald McDonald House of Chattanooga, St. Jude’s Research Hospital in Memphis, the Special Olympics, and folding origami cranes.

Brian's passion for investing started when he purchased his first stock at age 10. He started his working career by pursuing an inside view of the business world as the General Manager of a $5 million operation in Knoxville, Tennessee. Brian then continued his entrepreneurial vision with FedEx as a business consultant to small business owners. In 2005, he brought his business experience and love of investing to UBS to help clients and their portfolio. In 2009, Brian earned the designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®).

I have been a Financial Advisor since 1999. I am a native of Nashville, and I have seen many changes to this city over the years. I am married and have three wonderful children. Away from the office, I enjoy spending time with my family or traveling to Haiti where I am involved in an orphanage through my church. I have completed the requirements to be a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM, and I use that knowledge to give better advice to my clients.

Lisa has been in the Financial Business since 1987. She began her career with EF Hutton in Operations in New Jersey.
She brings years of administrative and operational experiences since earning her Series 7 License in 1991,Series 63 in 1997, and Series 66 in 2005. Outside of the office she enjoys her 3 adult children and 3 dogs.
Born and raised in the northeast, Lisa continues her family’s legacy of being a Philadelphia Eagles Fan.

Ashley graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2018 with a B.A in Accounting. After graduating, she worked for Morgan Stanley as an internal auditor and as a Client Service Associate. Ashley joined The Wallace Group at UBS in 2023 as a Client Service Associate and currently holds her FINRA Series 7 and 66 Licenses.

Kathleen Siler recently returned to the financial services industry after a successful 20-year career in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. A graduate of Hollins University, Kathleen brings unique perspective and a strong foundation in precision and client care to her work as a client service associate.
A Knoxville native Kathleen is known for her dedication and resilience both in and out of the office. She is a four-time Ironman finisher, channeling the same discipline and commitment to her client relationship and team achievements. When she is not helping clients, you can find her walking her five-year-old mini goldendoodle, Louie, or staying active through exercise, cooking, gardening and reading. Kathleen also values quality time with family and friends, balancing her personal passion with her professional drive.

Austin graduated Summa Cum Laude in December of 2024 with a B.A. in Finance from Middle Tennessee State University. He is studying for the CFA and has recently passed his level 1 exam. In 2020, after COVID-19 canceled his junior year baseball season, Austin first learned about stocks and has since read hundreds of investing books. Some of his favorites are Richer, Wiser, Happier, A Man for All Markets, and Same as Ever. In his free time, Austin enjoys running, lifting weights, relaxing at the beach, and cheering on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Florida Gators.
