Tom has served continuously since 1988 as a financial advisor to business owners, their families, and individuals to help them reach and sustain financial independence. With his extensive experience in investment analysis and portfolio management, Tom designs personalized investment strategies for clients aimed at maximizing the chances that they reach their financial goals while minimizing the chances of missing them. Leveraging his advanced training, he specializes in tax efficient strategies that generate income, increase capital, and seamlessly transfers wealth between generations.

Tom likes to spend his time teaching his four grandchildren to ski in Colorado. When in Minnesota, he enjoys golfing, hunting, and snowmobiling any chance he gets.

John is a Sr. Vice President-Wealth Management and Financial Advisor at UBS. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, John and his team offer clients comprehensive wealth management expertise focusing on having a tremendous understanding of each individual or families unique personal and financial goals and objectives.

Prior to joining UBS in 2012, John finished his athletic career after playing four seasons of professional basketball internationally. A graduate of the University of Minnesota Duluth’s Labovitz School of Business, he holds an M.B.A. as well as a BBA with an emphasis in finance. John earned a scholarship as he competed on the basketball team and as a pitcher for the baseball team. Off the court he was named the university’s Male Scholar Athlete as well as being the recipient of many All-Conference academic accolades in both sports

With his experiences in international basketball, John has become an avid traveler. Having lived in Western Australia and Taipei during his playing career, he has continued his travels to 14 additional countries. A native of Bloomington, MN he also enjoys participating in the local offerings of hunting, fishing, boating, and snowboarding. Today, John also enjoys spending time in Arizona where he is an avid golfer.

John's unique combination of experience and perspective has allowed him to successfully communicate and deliver a full range of wealth services for business owners, high-net-worth individuals & families. He has a passion for working with people and helping them to achieve their financial goals.

Jana began her career at UBS in 2019. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and also holds her designation as a CFP® professional as well as an Accredited Wealth Management Advisor℠. She also holds her Series 7 & 66 licenses, as well as her Accident, Health & Life insurance license in Minnesota. Before joining UBS, Jana also became a designated Microsoft Office Specialist, which has translated to her work at UBS seamlessly.

Jana has a passion for getting to know the families that she works with. She is committed to helping our clients achieve their financial goals, as well as assisting to educate and work with the rising generations. She is disciplined in her work and offers timely responses to ensure her clients are at ease and that their plans continue to progress effectively.

Jana lives in Prior Lake and spends her time getting outside with her two dogs. She is an avid runner and skiier, both downhill and cross country.

Drew joined our team in 2024 as a recent graduate from St. John’s University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business along with a minor in Data Analytics. He recently passed his Series 7 licensing exam and is looking forward to learning more and growing on our team as a Client Associate. He currently lives in St. Louis Park and spends his free time working out, hunting, fishing, and spending time with friends and family. He also enjoys cheering on the Green Bay Packers and the Minnesota Timberwolves whenever he can catch a game.
