Bill Vasconcellos is a Senior Vice President of Wealth Management at UBS Financial Services Inc, having joined UBS in 2009. Bill is a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ (CRPC™) and holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation, which reflects his expertise in analyzing and evaluating investment managers.
Prior to joining UBS, Bill was an advisor with Merrill Lynch in Boise for 20 years. Before that, he practiced law with the Eberle Berlin law firm in Boise, after serving as a law clerk for the Idaho Supreme Court, which originally brought Bill and his wife, Jena, to Idaho. Bill received a B.A. in economics from Stanford University followed by a J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall).
Bill and Jena reside in Boise, ID. They enjoy skiing in Sun Valley and spending time with their children and grandchildren.
Michael serves as the market director for Idaho in addition to being a financial advisor. Prior to his current role he held various operational, administrative and compliance management positions for nearly 20 UBS offices across the western United States. He started his career as a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch in 2004 and has been with UBS since 2009. He holds a BA in international economics and Spanish literature from Pacific Lutheran University and an MBA from Northwest Nazarene University. He has also earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ (CRPC™) designation.
Kevin expressed an early interest in finance, making his first investment at age 12 with his grandmother. Following a successful competitive swimming career as both an athlete and a coach, Kevin dedicated himself to wealth management. He joined UBS as a new financial advisor in 2013. Kevin has earned his CFP®, CEPA®, and CPWA® designations, making him uniquely qualified to craft comprehensive financial plans for business owners and entrepreneurs.
In 2021, Kevin, Nick Harris, and Adam Olivas formed Entrepreneur Wealth Group at UBS – a committed team of financial professionals dedicated to developing thoughtful and cutting-edge solutions for individuals and businesses alike. An entrepreneur himself, Kevin has been drawn to the complex nature of the challenges posed to business owners. He enjoys tackling these obstacles with his team, and leveraging his knowledge to benefit his clients.
Kevin and his wife, Serena, live in Boise, ID with their four daughters. In his free time Kevin enjoys training for and racing in triathlons.
After growing up in McCall, ID, Nick moved to Philadelphia to study economics at the University of Pennsylvania. He earned his degree and subsequently relocated to New York City where he began a career of 20+ years on Wall Street. Nick worked as an analyst, strategist, and trader in one of the most challenging markets in the world before ultimately stepping into wealth management. He has overseen billions of dollars in cumulative equity exposures during some of the most economically uncertain times in history. Nick has earned his Certified Exit Planning Advisor® (CEPA®) and Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) designations; this training and Nick's industry experience have built upon his proclivity for problem solving. Nick endeavors to present creative and timely solutions for business owners and families as they approach significant liquidity events, such as the sale of a business or planning for retirement. He is a founding member of Entrepreneur Wealth Group at UBS.
Nick currently lives in Boise, ID with his wife, Lori, and their four children. As his children have grown, he has enjoyed coaching youth football, wrestling, and lacrosse. Nick dedicates much of his free time to various public service initiatives. He serves as co-chair of the philanthropy committee and a member of the executive committee for the American Red Cross of Greater Idaho, and he volunteers for various environmental conservation organizations. Nick has shared his love of the outdoors with his family, and the Harris family can often be found camping, hiking, golfing, skiing, and biking throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Prior to joining UBS, Adam served 16 years as an active duty US Navy SEAL completing nine combat deployments in Afghanistan, Iraq, Bosnia, Yemen, and several other conflict zones. Following his military service, he pursued a more entrepreneurial route working as an operations and cultural development consultant for several professional sports teams and multinational businesses. This experience encouraged Adam to launch his own business in the outdoor recreation industry, focusing on luxury and concierge services.
Adam joined Nick Harris and Kevin J. Wang to co-found Entrepreneur Wealth Group at UBS in 2021. He specializes in curating advice for elite business teams, thereby improving operational efficiency and collective culture. His experience in addressing the unique needs of ultra-high net worth clients enables forward thinking and a more personalized suite of services.
Adam and his wife, Nidia, live in Eagle, ID with their son, Leo, and their Belgian Malinois, Duca.
Russell served as a field artillery surveyor in the United States Army at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. Following his service, Russell enrolled at the University of Idaho and earned a B.S. in Education. He taught economics and geography at Coeur d'Alene High School before his fascination with economics drew him to the financial services industry. After working in the field for ten years, Russell attended the Wharton School of Business to earn his Investment Consultant designation.
Russell has spent the last 25 years working as a financial advisor and portfolio manager. Much of his practice involves assisting clients as they transition to retirement, review lending options, and develop estate plans. He joined Entrepreneur Wealth Group and earned his CEPA® (Certified Exit Planning Advisor®) in 2022. Entrepreneur Wealth Group focuses on offering tailored financial guidance for business owners and high-net-worth families.
In addition, Russell worked as a branch manager for many years until 2016 - first at Morgan Stanley and then at UBS. During that time, he oversaw four offices and 96 employees. His leadership experience and his broad knowledge of UBS continue to inform the decisions he makes as a portfolio manager and as an investment advisor.
Russell and his wife, Wendy, have three daughters, a son, and two granddaughters. As his son grew up, Russell volunteered as an Assistant Scoutmaster and Scoutmaster with the Boy Scouts of America Troop 37 Incline Village for 7 years.
