Financial Advisor
Paul joined UBS Private Wealth Management in 2016 after 20 years with Credit Suisse. He is responsible for providing strategic advice and wealth planning services to a small number of wealthy family groups and individuals throughout the United States. Prior to Credit Suisse, Paul worked in the institutional fixed income sales and trading group at Salomon Brothers in New York. Before Salomon Brothers, Paul spent six years with the international investigative firm, Kroll Associates, where he managed global asset searches and investigations of large-scale financial fraud.

Outside of UBS
Paul coaches local elementary boys and girls youth basketball teams and is an active supporter of several local charitable organizations. In addition, Paul provides career advice and mentors military veterans and their spouses as they transition into civilian life, through his work with the national nonprofit organization American Corporate Partners (ACP). In addition, Paul enjoys extreme fishing adventures, playing guitar with several musical groups and is an avid (but always struggling) golfer.

Bill joined UBS Private Wealth Management in 2016 after four years with Credit Suisse. He utilizes his expertise in wealth management and trust administration to provide advice and to develop and implement comprehensive, customized solutions to meet the wealth management, trust, wealth transfer, and estate planning needs of wealthy individuals and families. Bill also attained the Certified Exit Planning Advisor designation (CEPA) in 2022, and he utilizes that knowledge and experience to counsel business owner clients and other on the importance of planning in reaching goals and objectives. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Bill worked at Bessemer Trust and JP Morgan managing sophisticated trust and investment relationships. He also practiced law for 12 years in both private practice and with the Illinois Attorney General.

Bill likes being on, in and around the water and especially enjoys sailing, kayaking and fly fishing. He is an avid baseball fan and has rooted for the Cubs as long as he can remember. He also enjoys home-brewing. Bill has coached his three sons on their youth baseball teams and volunteered, served on the Board, and helped run the Evanston Baseball and Softball Association. He has also served on the Board of the Evanston Community Foundation, and the Illinois chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union.

Lisa joined UBS Private Wealth Management in 2016 after eight years with Credit Suisse and nine years in private wealth with Lehman Brothers. Before that she spent nine years working at Morgan Stanley in private wealth management and futures operations. She started her career as a sales representative for Westvaco Corporation. Lisa is the Team Administrator. With more than 25 years of experience, Lisa oversees the day-to-day operations and administrative duties of the team. Lisa works closely with clients, meeting their needs by helping with special situations and inquiries, managing cash flow needs, processing estates, establishing new accounts and ensuring that the team delivers the highest level of client service.

Lisa loves Hawaii and visits as often as possible. In her many trips to the islands, Lisa has become an avid fan of surfing and enjoys watching the big wave surfers on the North Shore put on a show. Family and friends are Lisa's top priority. She loves to travel and hits the road as much as possible to listen to great music. Lisa has traveled as a volunteer to Argentina and Haiti. On her first trip to Haiti, she was introduced to a 3 year old boy at a local orphanage and has sponsored his education and provided food for his family ever since. Lisa is always looking for her next travel adventure.

Senior Wealth Strategy Associate
Charlie joined UBS Private Wealth Management alongside his team in 2016, when the Credit Suisse Private Banking Division was closed. After graduating from the University of Iowa with a degree in finance, he started his career on the options floor at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and later traded fixed income derivatives before transitioning to wealth management. He holds a Certification in Public Accounting. As a part of the UBS PWM team, Charlie develops strategic investment solutions and customized asset allocations for clients. He also provided reporting and analysis for client performance reviews and engages in client servicing.

Charlie enjoys traveling with his family, snowboarding, and teaching his two boys Benny and Marco what it means to be a Cubs fan.
Senior Wealth Strategy Associate
Tommy joined UBS Private Wealth Management in 2024 after four years with William Blair where he specialized in trading and operations. In his previous role, Tommy executed daily trading requests from financial advisors, was the point of contact for portfolio managers, implemented marketing plans and proposals, and devised standard operating procedure manuals. His first two years at William Blair were spent as an intern within the private wealth management group while he was a college student. Tommy graduated from the Honors College at the University of Alabama, with degrees in finance and marketing, and was a member of the business honors program. Tommy works closely on the day-to-day operations of the team and is utilized by the team for administrative and research due diligence tasks.
