We offer custom financial strategies for high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UNHW) clients across North America, Asia Pacific and Europe, with deep experience supporting Chinese-speaking families and business owners.
Clients with private and business interests across multiple countries face inevitable legal, tax and regulatory complexities. Global families are often connected to various jurisdictions through family members, assets, businesses, or service providers such as banks, family offices and attorneys.
In collaboration with our dedicated Wealth Planning team — and a global network of internal specialists, external partners, and trusted legal and tax advisors — we act as a sounding board to offer expert guidance and unbiased support for each unique situation. Our expertise spans cross-border planning, pre-immigration strategies, pre-IPO planning for expatriates, non-U.S. estate planning, and multi-jurisdictional tax considerations, providing the structure and insight needed to navigate an increasingly interconnected world.
We design investment and liquidity strategies around each client's goals. Our capabilities span single-stock ADR lending, multi-currency lending with FX hedging, and custom structured notes. We also provide access to offshore-registered alternative investments, direct investments opportunities, along with institutional resources for global family offices, private equity and venture capital firms.
With offices in Silicon Valley (Palo Alto) and New York City, our team maintains a bi-coastal presence in two of the world's leading centers for innovation and finance, allowing us to draw from world-class resources and stay closely connected to our clients and their needs.
