Rick brings more than 40 years of financial services and business experience to his clients. He began his career in the financial services industry with PaineWebber in 1984, following a decade as a successful private business owner. This background gives him a practical, real‑world perspective that informs his approach to wealth management.

Throughout his career at UBS, Rick has focused on managing individualized portfolios using a disciplined investment philosophy centered on risk management, tax‑efficient investing, and strategic asset allocation. He works closely with clients to understand their financial objectives and designs investment strategies aligned with both their goals and risk tolerance. Rick is committed to a long‑term approach to asset accumulation, emphasizing consistency, discipline, and thoughtful decision‑making through changing market environments.

Justin is a Financial Advisor with over a decade of experience at UBS, currently in his 12th year serving clients. As a member of Touchstone Wealth Partners, he collaborates with fellow advisors to provide comprehensive wealth management solutions for individuals, families, and businesses. Justin works closely with clients to critically evaluate opportunities to manage, grow, and protect their wealth through disciplined planning and investment strategies.

Justin earned the professional designation of Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ (CRPC™™) from the College for Financial Planning and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Ohio Northern University. A proud Eagle Scout, Justin values discipline, integrity, and service—principles that continue to guide both his professional and personal life.

Justin resides in Weston, Ohio with his wife, Kendra, and their children—daughters Kolbie and Kyler, and son Crew. Outside of the office, he values time with his family, enjoys hiking, and jumps at any opportunity to coach his children’s sports teams.

With nearly 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, Gail brings deep expertise and a personal, client‑focused approach to the Touchstone UBS team. As a Wealth Management Associate, she plays a vital role in supporting advisors and clients by helping ensure seamless service and thoughtful execution across all aspects of the wealth management process.

Gail is Series 7 and Series 66 licensed and is a graduate of Stautzenberger College. Her long tenure, strong attention to detail, and commitment to excellence reflect the trusted relationships she has built with clients over the years.

Gail resides in Temperance, Michigan with her husband, Dan Gordon. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending quality time with family and participating in various outdoor activities with their three daughters and eight granddaughters.

Austin is a Wealth Strategy Associate and a member of Touchstone Wealth Partners, where he focuses on building strong client relationships and supporting business development initiatives. He believes that financial planning and education are an essential part of overall health and wellness and is passionate about helping clients better understand their financial picture.

Austin is a graduate of Miami University (Ohio) and holds his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. He plans to continue advancing his professional development by working toward the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) designation.

Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Austin currently resides in Sheffield Village, Ohio with his fiancée, Madison and their boxer, Theo. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors, playing golf and seeking out new experiences.
