      Nicole is a seasoned financial services professional with nearly two decades of industry experience. She began her career in 2005, Springfield, Massachusetts, and has since held key roles at leading firms, including UBS and Morgan Stanley.

      Nicole holds the Series 7 and Series 66 licenses and serves as a Senior Registered Client Service Associate. Nicole plays a key role in the daily operations, ensuring that everything goes seamlessly and according to plan. As the primary behind-the-scenes liaison, Nicole provides the foundational support for all clients wishes and needs.

      Originally from Houston, Nicole now resides in Magnolia with her husband and their two children. When she's not in the office you'll likely find Nicole camping, hiking, or enjoying a day at the beach with her family.

                    Senior Wealth Strategist, Advanced Planning Grop

                    Emily's practice focuses on estate planning for extraordinarily high net worth individuals (both in Texas and beyond) and the representation of fiduciaries and beneficiaries in estate and trust administration. The main focus of her work is designing and implementing advanced asset transfer strategies to minimize federal gift and estate taxes and strategies to facilitate the transition of ownership of closely held family businesses or legacy properties from one generation to the next. She also has advised clients in divorce cases (along with their divorce counsel) where substantial trusts or family assets were involved. Emily mostly focuses on the preparation of wills and trusts, lifetime transfers of assets, and restructuring family owned businesses.

                    Portfolio Advisory Group Strategist

                    Responsibilities
                    Chris Palamara is a Strategist in the Portfolio Advisory Group for the Texas market. In this capacity, Chris is responsible for articulating and developing comprehensive, research-driven asset allocation and portfolio strategy advice to Financial Advisors and their ultra-high net worth clients. He conducts detailed portfolio review sessions with private clients to understand their wealth structure. His end goal is to develop customized strategic and tactical asset allocations implemented with the most suitable products UBS has to offer.

                    Chris’s extensive expertise and deep understanding in investment and risk management provides a value-added perspective when creating an investment strategy aligned with a client's needs and goals. He leverages the global resources of the firm – from UBS's thinking on strategic and tactical allocation theories to a wide range of product strategies.

                    Professional History
                    Prior to joining UBS in 2022, Chris worked as a Senior Associate in the Investment Management Group at ALM First, an institutional asset management and consulting firm in Dallas, TX. While there, Chris was a Portfolio Manager, collaborating with clients and trade desks on designing bespoke investment portfolios and on portfolio implementation. Prior to that, he was a Portfolio Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in McKinney, TX. Chris has been in the financial services industry since 2011.

                    Chris received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Finance from Texas Christian University.

                    Chris holds the Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. He is a CFA Charterholder and a Candidate Mentor in the Dallas-Fort Worth CFA Society. He is a member of the DFW CFA Society and Chartered Financial Analyst Institute.
