Will is committed to making a significant impact in the lives of his clients by assisting them in achieving their goals. As a Financial Advisor holding the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®™, Certified Private Wealth Advisor®, and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ designations, Will emphasizes a holistic approach to retirement income planning. He is devoted to understanding his clients thoroughly to effectively support their short-term and long-term financial aspirations.

Commitment to Community Involvement

Will is also deeply committed to giving back to his community, with a particular passion for the Colon Cancer Prevention Project, the sole non-profit organization in the state dedicated to preventing this serious disease. He has served as a past Board Chair and continues to volunteer during his free time.

Educational Background and Personal Life

Will graduated from the University of Dayton, where he honed his leadership skills as the captain of the baseball team. He and his wife, Lene, have been married for 18 years and are actively involved with their three children: Trey, Clayton, and their daughter Lillian. As a family, they enjoy playing tennis and golf together, as well as traveling.

Gayle joined Inman & Benoit Wealth Management Group in 2015 as a Business Development Specialist, managing all aspects of client relationships. She excels in creating client communications, organizing events, and enhancing client experiences.

Gayle holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She has Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.

Outside work, Gayle enjoys traveling with her fiancé. She has five children: Kathryn, Emily, Jackson, Olivia, and Anna Grace.

Mike Cushwa joined the Inman & Benoit Wealth Management Group on December 2, 2024 as our Registered Client Service Associate.  Mike directs all administrative functions for the team with a focus on providing exceptional client service and support, market research and financial goal planning in conjunction with Will Benoit.

Mike brings 7 years of experience in the wealth management industry and holds his series 7 and series 66 license. Mike graduated from Mount St. Mary's University in International Business and Economics.

In his free time, Mike enjoys coaching youth soccer, playing golf, raquet sports, live music, and skiing when he can get out west.

Alan joined the Inman & Benoit Wealth Management Group in April 2025 as a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate. He focuses on market research, technology, and financial goal planning in collaboration with Will Benoit.

Alan brings nine years of experience in the wealth management industry and holds both Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. He graduated from the University of Louisville with a degree in Finance.

Originally from Northern Kentucky, Alan has dedicated his professional career to serving the Louisville market. Outside of his professional obligations, he enjoys taking his dog to the park, golfing, attending church, exploring new restaurants, and spending quality time with his family and girlfriend.

Jeni Williamson joined our team as our client service associate in August 2025.  She prides herself on delivering exceptional service and ensuring every client transaction is handled with care and precision.    Jeni focuses on opening and updating client accounts, processing transactions, and managing a wide range of account-related inquiries.  Her deep industry knowledge and client-first mindset make her an invaluable asset to our team.

Originally from Mason Ohio, Jeni moved to Louisville after marrying her husband Dwayne.  They now reside in Smithfield, Ky where they enjoy spending time with their beloved dogs, participating in church activities, and volunteering in their local community
