Gray joined UBS Financial Services Inc. in 2020 after serving clients at both Morgan Stanley and Ameriprise Financial. He has over a decade of experience advising business owners and high net worth clients with their wealth and investment management needs.  He is also accredited with the Senior Portfolio Manager designation and is the portfolio manager for The Howard Group specializing in equity and fixed income strategies.

Gray graduated from The Walker College of Business at Appalachian State University with a BS in Finance and a concentration in Financial Planning. Gray is the past president of the Charlotte Kiwanis Club, the past Treasurer for St. Luke's Lutheran Church, and sits on the Professional Advisory Cabinet for the Foundation For The Carolinas.

Gray lives in Charlotte with his wife, Amanda, and their two children, Katie and Keever.

Hilary joined UBS Financial Services Inc. in 2020 after serving clients at Wells Fargo Advisors, Merrill Lynch, and Morgan Stanley since 2013.  

Hilary is a native of Jacksonville, FL. She is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Business. She lives in Charlotte with her husband, Matt, their daughter Hattie, and two dogs.

Ashley began her career in wealth management at UBS in 2011. She briefly spent some time at Wells Fargo Advisors as a Senior Brokerage Associate, then she rejoined UBS in 2022. Ashley has earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ designation from the College for Financial Planning®. She enjoys using her retirement planning knowledge to have a meaningful impact on clients’ lives. Providing superior client service is one of Ashley’s top priorities.  She strives to maintain excellent communication during the client onboarding experience and beyond.

Ashley attended Radford University where she received her Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a concentration in financial planning.  She resides in her hometown of Roanoke, VA with her husband and 2 children.  Most of her free time is spent cheering on her son at soccer or coaching her daughter’s softball team.

Alex joined UBS Financial Services Inc. in 2014, where he provides in-depth investment analysis and portfolio insights to support the firm’s portfolio managers in their decision-making process. Over the course of his career, he has also developed strong client relationships, working closely with clients to understand their financial goals and ensure they receive a seamless, high-quality experience.

Alex holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, reflecting his dedication to the highest standards of investment knowledge and professional excellence.

Alex graduated from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina with a degree in Corporate Finance.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys running, playing golf, and spending time with friends and family.

Rosalyn has been with UBS since 2005. She started out in operations and is currently a Branch Service Associate, Branch Technology Liaison, and Client Service Associate. Rosalyn enjoys working with and assisting clients. She lives in Charlotte with her husband Charles and their children DJ and Kennedy.
