Hana graduated from Salve Regina University with a bachelor of science degree in financial management and a minor in business administration. Currently, she is pursuing her MBA at Salve where she was in the Pell Honors Program as an undergraduate.

In the summer of 2022, Hana studied at University of Oxford in England for a month and completed two MBA courses there.

She recently joined The Hilton Group to assist the team with their client relationships, managing accounts, and performing research, analysis and administrative duties. She also liaises with the firm’s public relations and marketing agency to coordinate digital and other communications.

Hana is co-founder and junior board member of Mahana Magic Foundation, a nonprofit organization. It was established by her father in 2007 when he was diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer to support children like his own who have a parent or caregiver with cancer. The name “Mahana” is a combination of his two favorite places in Hawaii where he lived for many years, Makena Beach and the Hana Rainforest for which he named his two daughters. In the Hawaiian language, “mahana” means “to create warmth.” After a courageous battle with cancer, he passed away in 2010 at the age of 48.

When she’s not working, Hana enjoys traveling in the U.S. and internationally as well as spending time hiking, mountain biking, and paddle boarding with family in their Vermont homestead.
