Chris joined UBS in 2003 and together with Michael Haynes in 2014, they formed The Haynes Group. He works with a select group of high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients and their families to help them with all aspects of their financial lives. This includes structuring a financial plan paired with a tailored investment strategy designed to meet their unique needs. In addition, he advises on retirement planning, insurance, real estate financing, trust services, and charitable giving. With the partnership of attorneys and accountants, he helps to coordinate their estate and tax planning goals.

He graduated from Vassar College in 2003 and met his wife, Chelsea, in 2005 while they worked at UBS together. Chris and Chelsea have two daughters, Ella and Caitlin, and live in Winchester, MA. They actively support the Winchester public school system, Memorial Sloan Kettering cancer research, Strike 3 (a charitable organization that raises funding for childhood cancer research) and Neighborshare (a charitable organization that partners with community case workers to identify pivotal needs for community citizens). Chris serves as a trustee for the Winchester Community Music School. He is an avid music fan and enjoys going to concerts and collecting old records. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, and watching his daughters do what they love.

He believes comprehensive planning is integral to achieving client's long-term goals and is dedicated to guiding his clients through the complexity of the financial markets. Ryan does this by providing a guided and personalized investment strategy to help clients make educated and responsible financial decisions to help support them for the rest of their lives.

Ryan attended Suffolk University Class of 2003 with a major in business and minor in marketing and lives in Cumberland, RI with his wife Ashley, daughter Mackenna and golden retriever Hudson.

He is an avid tennis player and enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.

Sue lives on the North Shore of Boston. In her spare time, she is a professional violinist and enjoys walking, reading, volunteering at charity events, and spending time on Cape Cod with her family.
