As the founder of The Family Office Group, Jay has spent the entirety of his 20+ year career working with ultra-high net worth clients and their family offices. Serving the complex needs of a highly select group, he provides a deep understanding of the global markets and direct access to the elite resources of UBS Private Wealth Management. Jay is proud to serve the wealth management needs of exceptional clients at all phases of life. Jay focuses on exceptional families and individuals who need institutional level investment guidance. He specializes in balance sheet management and strategies that use illiquid long-term investment solutions to help clients reach their goals.
Jay joined UBS in 2008 and is a part of a select group of advisors who hold both designations of Private Wealth Advisor and Family Office Consultant. He also served as a lead in the UBS Global Family Office for two years. Working exclusively with ultra-high net worth clients, Jay began his career at Goldman Sachs followed by U.S. Trust Bank of America Private Wealth Management. Jay earned a B.A. in political science with a minor in economics from Texas A&M University, and he also studied European economics and politics in Vienna, Austria. Jay has the Series 3, 7, 31, 63, and 65 securities licenses.
Jay lives in Austin, Texas with his wife, Susie, and their two dogs, Ellie and Blue. He has three children – Allie, Harrison, and Julia. Allie and her husband, Jed, live in Vermont with their son, Quinn, and daughter, Zadie; Harrison lives in Southern California; and Julia lives in Brooklyn. In his free time, Jay enjoys traveling with his family, spending time with his children and grandchildren, attending his son’s track meets, hunting, fishing and cooking in his outdoor kitchen.
As the team's lead investment consultant, Aaron is dedicated to building trusted relationships with clients by focusing on their long-term investment outcomes. He focuses exclusively on managing significant wealth for exceptional families and family offices. Aaron is passionate about research and understands that a comprehensive perspective on the global economy is necessary in today’s environment. Aaron works closely with the Portfolio Advisory Group and Investment Manager Research team at UBS to create strategic asset allocation portfolios. This is accomplished by building highly customized portfolios, directing capital to equities, fixed income, structured risk strategies, and alternative investments.
Prior to joining UBS in 2008, Aaron worked at U.S. Trust, Bank of America, as an investment consultant to ultra-high net worth clients and Merrill Lynch Private Banking and Investment Group as a portfolio analyst. Aaron is a part of a small subset of advisors within UBS Private Wealth Management with the title of Private Wealth Advisor. He obtained his CIMA® designation through the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He has a B.S. in Accounting from Emory & Henry College, and he earned his M.B.A in Finance from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.
Outside of the office, Aaron loves spending time with his family on their cattle farm in Virginia. He is also a guitar enthusiast and budding collector.
Lyndsey has spent her entire career working closely with ultra-high net worth families. Organized and detail-oriented, she supports each member of The Family Office Group and manages the team’s processes and procedures so all members can thrive in their roles and bring the most to the team’s clients. She is also instrumental in coordinating the team’s client participation in UBS events. Lyndsey allows her personal and family values to help guide her professional life and especially appreciates the opportunity to work with such a select group of individuals and families, building relationships with successive generations. Lyndsey is proud of the difference she makes in the lives of clients every day by offering exceptional service that consistently exceeds expectations.
Lyndsey has more than fifteen years of experience working in the financial services industry with a focus on client service and team management. Prior to joining UBS in 2008, she began her career with U.S. Trust Bank of America Private Wealth Management. Lyndsey is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and has her Series 7 and 66 securities licenses and Life and Health Insurance licenses. She has a B.B.A in managerial finance and banking and finance, a double major from the University of Mississippi where she graduated summa cum laude and attended on an academic and athletic soccer scholarship.
Lyndsey lives in her hometown of Germantown, TN with her husband, Brad, and their three children and three pets. She is very involved with her church and active in her local community. Lyndsey enjoys spending time with her family, playing and watching sports, being outdoors, and helping coach her children’s sports’ teams.
With her background as a licensed attorney, Rachel is able to offer a holistic level of estate and tax planning services. She is trusted to work closely with clients’ estate and tax attorneys, and she provides guidance on estate planning strategies, income and transfer tax planning, family office structuring, business succession planning, charitable planning, philanthropy, and family governance. Her exceptional and discerning clients require the expertise of institutional-level service. Rachel earns clients’ trust by working with them and their closest advisors with integrity, compassion and professionalism. Whether working with family offices or directly with families, Rachel and the team are highly collaborative and thorough.
A part of one of UBS’s top Private Wealth Management teams, Rachel is able to coordinate direct access to the global resources of the firm. Callie has worked with ultra-high net worth families since joining UBS Private Wealth Management in 2018. Along with the rest of the team, she leverages UBS specialty groups and resources exclusive to ultra-high net worth individuals and family office clients to ensure their institutional investment and legacy needs are met. As an investment analyst, she focuses on implementing asset allocations, portfolio construction, manager due diligence, alternative investments, cash management, reporting and trade execution.
Callie is a proud member of Luminary and All Bar None, organizations dedicated to supporting and empowering women in their careers and was also recognized by the firm as a Peak Performer. She received her B.S. in integrated marketing and communications with minors in Spanish and business administration from the University of Mississippi. She also holds the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses. Prior to joining UBS, Callie worked as a public relations consultant at BCW Global and serviced transportation, e-commerce and United States Armed Forces clients.
Callie is a cooking and art enthusiast, enjoys traveling with her husband, and loves visiting her family’s multigenerational cotton and rice farm in Arkansas.
Anne Watkins is focused on providing diligent and efficient client service for The Family Office Group. She directs and implements the onboarding and maintenance of the team’s client relationships including day-to-day operational needs and cash management. Anne Watkins also supports her colleagues in the areas of financial planning and investment allocation. She enjoys problem-solving and is committed to delivering excellent service by anticipating the needs of clients and ensuring a smooth and holistic client experience at every level.
Prior to joining UBS Private Wealth Management in 2021, Anne Watkins worked for two years in the finance and fundraising department for a Texas gubernatorial candidate. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Mississippi with a B.S. in integrated marketing communications and minors in art and business administration from the Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College. She also holds her Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.
Outside of the office, Anne Watkins enjoys reading, cooking for friends, walking with her dog Kudzu, and trying out a new spot on the restaurant scene with her husband, Andrew
Harrison joined UBS and The Family Office Group as an investment analyst in 2021. He will be assisting the team with due diligence of investment opportunities for clients. Harrison has a B.S. in engineering product design from Stanford University where he attended on an athletic scholarship for track and field.
Harrison lives at the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, CA where he is currently training for the 2024 Olympics in the Decathlon. In his free time, he enjoys watching the Astros and learning to play the guitar.

In January 2019, Nicole joined the newly formed Family Office Solutions (FOS) team within UBS Private Wealth Management, serving as a Senior Strategist representing Family Advisory and Philanthropy Services Americas. Nicole works closely with Advisors in Private Wealth Management, where FOS delivers dedicated and comprehensive services to ultra-high net worth clients.
Nicole joined UBS in 2014 to establish and lead the UBS Optimus Foundation presence in the U.S.; a global network that supports programs focused on the potential to be transformative, scalable and sustainable in the areas of health, education and child protection. Under her leadership, the Foundation platform became available to all clients and employees of UBS Financial Services, and this offering now serves as a true differentiator and is a core component in delivering the firm.
Nicole has over two decades of experience in the non-profit, philanthropic and corporate sectors, and brings a wealth of knowledge in non-profit management, corporate and nonprofit governance, fundraising, performance assessment, leadership advisory services and policy research. Previously, Nicole held roles with Heidrick & Struggles, Robin Hood Foundation, VCG Governance Matters, French-American Chamber of Commerce, Saint-Gobain Desjonquères, UNICEF and UNDP. She has served as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University, teaching a graduate-level Strategic Management course, and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor and Advisor for NYU Stern's Board Fellows Program, a year-long experiential class offered to second-year MBA candidates.

Matthew is a Director and Art Advisory Specialist in the Family Office Solutions team within Private Wealth Management. The Family Office Solutions (FOS) team holistically services $100mm+ clients and family offices in partnership with Private Wealth Advisors. In this role, Matthew works with clients and their advisors on a consultative basis and as a thought partner to assess their needs and offer solutions through a suite of services focused on art collecting, collection management, art legacy, art historical education, due diligence processes, and risk management related to collecting. FOS Art Advisory seeks to assist ultra-high net worth clients with bespoke and custom advice to build and maintain exceptional art collections in context of their overall wealth management. Additionally, Matthew supports Private Wealth Advisors with customized art and collecting educational initiatives aimed at helping advisors connect meaningfully with clients in their passion asset.
Before joining UBS, Matthew developed a decade-long career in the commercial fine art gallery space, culminating as Associate Director at Michael Rosenfeld Gallery LLC, New York where, along with the gallery owners, he helped position the gallery as a distinguished top leader among fine art institutions. In that role, he provided thought leadership, trusted perspective, and personalized practical guidance supporting prominent collections. He also contributed directly to the curatorial vision of gallery exhibitions, directed the global art fair program, managed strategic initiatives and special projects including large-scale public commissions, artist estate management, and ambitious museum lending efforts.
