Donn is the founder of The Dolce Group. He began his career with UBS's predecessor PaineWebber in 1967 and has built this team to service the needs of high net-worth individuals. He likes to point out that as a father of four, the things he and his wife care about, are the things our clients also care about. The Dolce Group has been built to meet those needs. Today Donn's focus is on managing our relationships with clients and prospects and imparting his 50 plus years of investment experience on our client portfolios. He holds Series 5, 7, 63 and 65 licenses, as well as life and health insurance licenses. He earned a B.S. degree from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
Donn donates much of his spare time to the community. He serves as Board Chairman Emeritus of Part of the Solution Soup Kitchen (P.O.T.S) in the Bronx, N.Y. (the largest soup kitchen in the country). He also formerly served on the board of advisors at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and was a trustee emeritus at the Canterbury School in New Milford, CT.
Greg is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM certificant who is responsible for delivering a personal financial plan to each of our clients. He also advises clients on asset allocation, retirement planning, estate planning, and wealth transfer strategies. Greg began his career in marketing services and consumer promotion, in both the U.S. and U.K. In 2005, he joined Bernstein Global Wealth Management as a Financial Advisor. Greg earned a B.A. in sociology from Bates College and holds Series 7, 31 and 66 securities licenses. He and his wife, Judy, have two children and reside in Old Greenwich, CT. Greg is involved in town athletic programs, coaching his children's soccer, baseball and lacrosse teams.
John began his career with UBS's predecessor, PaineWebber in 1993 as a summer intern with the founding members of The Dolce Group, Donn Dolce and Tom Danilowicz. After a brief stint in the operations department with PaineWebber, he rejoined Donn & Tom and has been with the Team ever since. John is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER who advises clients on all aspects of their financial plan. His areas of focus are, complex transactions, concentrated positions, ESG investing, tax efficiency, women investors, non-profits, and lending strategies. John received a B.S. degree in mathematics from Fairfield University and holds Series 3, 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses, as well as life & health insurance and also annuities licenses. California license # 0H36819. He splits time between UBS offices in Greenville, SC where he lives and the Greenwich, CT office - home of The Dolce Group. When not working, he enjoys reading and playing golf.
Ms. Rockwell is a Managing Director, Wealth Management with UBS Financial Services where she provides wealth planning and investment advisory services for wealthy families, corporate executives, and individuals undergoing transitions, such as estate settlement, divorce and retirement.
She began her career in investment banking, with First Boston Corporation, and then worked in management consulting with Bain & Company. Ms. Rockwell was later recruited by PepsiCo, where she spent eight years in a variety of senior finance and strategic planning roles. In 2006 she joined Greenwich, Connecticut-based Chronogram, an independent private wealth management firm, applying her corporate and finance experience as a wealth advisor for executives and wealthy families. The firm later combined operations with LLBH. Recently Haley was a Managing Director/Senior Advisor at Field Point Private.
Ms. Rockwell is a graduate of Princeton University, and earned her JD/MBA at Harvard University. She has earned the Certified Financial Planner® and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst™ designations. She is Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Greenwich Historical Society and Chair of the Board of Directors of Global Citizens Initiative. Ms. Rockwell is also former President of the Board of Trustees of the Greenwich Library and a former Trustee of Greenwich Academy. She, her husband Joe, and their three children live in Greenwich, Connecticut.
Coming from a big family and in the midst of starting his own, Jed understands how hectic life can be and how hard it is to find time to concentrate on your financial wellness. As a member of a eleven person team with $1.5 billion in assets under management and over 150 combined years of experience, Jed is able to tap the resources of his team, and bring that human capital and experience to his generation. Jed focuses on young families and millennials, helping them plan for their current needs and future ones as well. He enjoys spending time with and educating clients on all financial matters including budgeting, college savings, retirement planning (never too early to start!), estate planning and charitable giving.
Jed, his wife Samantha, and their two children, Ruthie and Will, reside in Darien, CT. Jed has been a lifelong supporter of P.O.T.S. soup kitchen in the Bronx and more recently joined the junior advisory committee for Cristo Rey New York High School. If not working or spending time with the family, you can find him on a golf course, paddle court or squash court. Jed is a graduate of Boston College and Canterbury High School.
Michael Martinez is Financial Advisor with the Dolce Group and delivers insight into financial planning, asset allocation, wealth transfer, various lending and liquidity options, and risk management. Prior to joining the Dolce Group, Mike was an Assistant Market Head for UBS in New York City where he focused primarily on helping financial advisor teams provide their clients with the best resources and solutions UBS has to offer. Prior to the Assistant Market Head role, Mike served as a COO and Senior Wealth Strategy Associate of a large financial advisor practice in UBS Private Wealth Management. Mike also played a crucial role in delivering the firm’s financial planning solutions to Ultra High Net Worth clients across the country while under the UBS Financial Planning organization.
Mike was selected by UBS Wealth Management to join the highly competitive Graduate Training Program where he developed the foundation to further deliver comprehensive wealth planning and investment management while working in groups such as Capital Markets, Securities Based Lending, Global Family Office Group and Alternative Investments. Mike grew up in northern New Jersey and is a graduate of Fordham’s Gabelli School of Business. Mike is part of the Advisory Board for the John Taylor Babbitt Foundation as well as the Fordham Alumni Association Advisory Board. Mike is an avid sports fan, golfer and a diehard Yankees fan.
John joined the Dolce Group in 2013 to assist Donn and the team in the investment management process. John has known Donn for over 30 years and The Dolce Group has been his financial advisor for many years. He has seen the value they add by taking a true team approach to their clients.
John has spent his entire career in the financial markets, first in investment banking at Paine Webber where he joined one of the first corporate finance groups focused on emerging technology companies like Genentech. He then spent the next 20 years as a general partner and investor in venture capital and growth equity funds, building portfolios of information technology and health science companies, developing relationships that should be helpful in identifying successful investments.
John has an undergraduate degree from Princeton University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management. John and his wife Fran raised five children, all of whom live in New York City pursuing their careers, three in the financial markets and two at Google.
An industry veteran since 1982, Richard is the senior member of the Dolce Group at UBS. Richard is a Senior Vice President –Wealth Management, a title reserved for a handful of UBS Business leaders around the globe. Richard has completed comprehensive training in financial planning, asset management and wealth transfer strategies. As a Senior Portfolio Manager, Richard is responsible for several equity, exchange traded and mutual fund models. He also works with clients in selecting and monitoring institutional money managers, mutual funds, and alternative investments.
Richard has completed both the UBS Wealth Advisor Program and Portfolio Management programs. He maintains his Series 7 (General Securities Representative) and Series 63 (Uniform Securities State Agent) as well as the New York State Life and Annuity Insurance licenses.
Forbes magazine recognized him on its list of Best-in-State for the fourth year in a row.
He and his wife, Holly, have two children and reside in Darien, CT.
Brett is a Certified Portfolio Manager and Wealth Advisor, eminently qualified to provide highly personalized wealth management services to his clients. Brett has built a successful wealth management practice since he joined UBS in 2002. With a focus on wealth planning, wealth preservation, risk management and investments, he utilizes a four-step advisory model to provide comprehensive wealth management strategies for his clients that are personalized to meet their unique goals, and tolerance for risk.
Cynthia is our Team Administrator and is responsible for a wide range of client service and administrative functions. Her commitment to superior client service has not gone unnoticed: Cynthia was among the first honorees to receive UBS’s Service Excellence Award. She was the third member of The Dolce Group in 1998 and holds the Series 7 license.
A former mathematics teacher, she began her career in financial services in 1987 as a branch manager’s assistant with UBS's predecessor firm PaineWebber in Stamford, CT. She later became that office’s operations manager. Cynthia earned her B.S. in mathematics from Tri-State University in Angola, IN, and her M.S. in mathematics education from the State University of New York (SUNY). Originally from Indiana, she has called Stamford, CT, home for the past 30 years.
Doris joined the Dolce team in March 2022 as customer service associate and performs various client service and administrative functions. Doris began her career as an auditor with the National Futures Association, and later worked as an internal auditor with Republic New York Corporation and Ernst & Young, LLP. While raising her three children, Doris started her own consulting business where she assisted various small businesses with services ranging from accounting and bookkeeping functions to office management functions. Doris earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hofstra University. She is also a CPA and holds the Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. She currently resides in New Canaan, CT.
Dalia began her journey with The Dolce Group in October 2023, as a Client Service Associate. A recent graduate from Western Connecticut State University where she acquired a BBA in Supervisory Business Management.
Dalia strongly values the principles of hard work, and unyielding determination. She has woven four years of retail banking experience from TD Bank simultaneously as a full-time student.

Outside the financial world, she enjoys working out, traveling and quality moments with friends and family.
Stacey Parker is a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ and works closely with our clients in helping them build out their financial plans. She has over 30 years of industry experience and has been with UBS for over ten years. She lives in Rye, New York and is based out of our Greenwich, CT office.
Outside of the office, Stacey loves spending time with her two granddaughters, as well as playing bagpipes and competing with St. Columcille United Gaelic Pipe Band. Stacey is very involved in the highland arts and is Treasurer of the Midwest Highland Arts Fund, a Kansas City based non-profit organization that hosts an annual competition/concert/ workshop that draws attendees from all over the world.
