Steve Daugherty’s career in wealth management began with a desire to create opportunities for his family while helping others achieve financial confidence and security. After serving in the United States Marine Corps and working his way through undergraduate and graduate school, Steve pursued a corporate career but found himself seeking greater purpose and fulfillment.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for helping others, Steve transitioned into financial services and joined Dean Witter, later Morgan Stanley, as a Financial Advisor. In 1998, he founded The Daugherty Group at Morgan Stanley and, in 2007, moved the team to UBS Financial Services to further expand its ability to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions.
Today, Steve focuses on helping individuals and families navigate complex financial decisions through strategic financial planning, retirement income planning, and investment management. He is passionate about building long-term relationships and helping clients create meaningful financial outcomes for themselves and future generations.
Kevin Daugherty’s connection to wealth management began long before his professional career. Growing up, he witnessed firsthand the impact trusted financial advice can have on families, observing the relationships his father built and the confidence thoughtful planning created for clients.
After graduating from Arizona State University in 2006, Kevin entered the industry as a Wealth Planning Analyst, supporting more than 150 financial advisors. This experience provided a strong foundation in financial planning, communication, and practice management while reinforcing his belief that exceptional advisors serve as leaders and guides through life’s most important decisions.
Today, Kevin leads The Daugherty Group as a Senior Vice President Financial Advisor and Wealth Advisor at UBS. He works closely with business owners, physicians, attorneys, executives, and multi-generational families seeking coordinated wealth management strategies. His approach focuses on comprehensive planning, disciplined decision-making, and helping clients align their financial resources with the life they want to build.
Outside of the office, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife, Shannon, and their son, Reilly, in Chicago.
