                With years of experience in the financial industry, plus his specialized training as a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®), make him an ideal choice as a Financial Advisor. Doug helps his clients identify, save and plan for their long-term goals—and just as importantly—stay the course when markets fluctuate. In addition, clients can tap into the extensive resources of UBS, including global market research, and borrowing and asset protection solutions.

                Doug loves the continuity aspect of helping all his clients manage their short-term cash flow needs and plan for lifetime goals such as their children’s education, purchasing homes and retirement. He also enjoys helping clients leave a legacy for their multigenerational families and their charitable endeavors.

                Exit Planning is a specialized field Doug is passionate about. Business owners spend years building and growing a successful company. However, little to no time is spent on what they want personally outside of being a business owner. Doug works closely with business clients to help them align their business and personal goals. This includes determining which exit option may be best while taking into consideration tax strategies and identifying which key advisory members they’ll need for a successful exit.

                    With more than 10 years of financial services experience from MetLife and Wells Fargo Advisors, Arancha now co-manages with Jessica Perry our administrative and operational needs.  She strives to ensure they are processed accurately and quickly by handling the day-to-day administration of accounts, including opening new accounts, updating information, managing money transfers, and answering account questions.

                     Originally from the Canary Islands, Arancha is fluent in Spanish and English. She holds a degree in International Business from Cruz de Piedra and is married with three children.
