Terance Takyi came to UBS from First Republic Investment Management in 2023. Terance joined First Republic in 2021 as a Managing Director and Wealth Manager.
Prior to joining Frist Republic, Terance was a Vice President at JP Morgan and was responsible for managing personal assets for the firm's private clients. Before JP Morgan, he worked as a Private Client Advisor at Goldman Sachs. His practice is focused on providing comprehensive wealth management solutions, including trust and estate planning, philanthropic giving, tax-efficient lending options, as well as broad asset management advice, to families and foundations.
Terance has been active in his local community for many years. Currently, he serves on the Alumni Leadership Board for UNCG, as well as the Leadership Board for Boys & Girls Harbor. In addition, he is an active member in Amref Health Africa and Year Up.
Terance earned his Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and is currently an MBA candidate for the class of 2023 at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
