During Kelley's professional career, she has witnessed four particularly difficult market periods during which clients’ emotions took center stage in their decision-making: The high-flying market of the late nineties, in which clients became over aggressive and abandoned a disciplined strategy, the dramatic market drop between 2000-2002 caused by the aftermath of 9/11 and the bursting of the tech bubble, in which clients' confidence was shaken; and the global financial crisis of 2008-2009. As an advisor, Kelley recognizes it is the difficult times when she really earns her clients' respect. Her approach is balanced, her demeanor is calm and analytical and she believes firmly in the importance of knowing her investors as people and understanding their goals.
With Kelley's clients, she emphasizes asset allocation and total portfolio management. Kelley assesses strategies to help bridge the gap between where they are now and where they want to be. This practice takes time, patience and great attention to detail. Over the last 35 years, Kelley has successfully helped her clients build, maintain and transition their wealth.
Currently, Kelley is FINRA-registered and holds Series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses as well as licenses for Life, Health and Long-Term Care and Annuities.
