    For more than 35 years, Wes has worked closely with families, business owners and executives to transform their professional success into family wealth that spans generations. He understands the unique circumstances that his clients have experienced based on their vast backgrounds and varying situations.   

    As the Tate Group’s founder, leader, and namesake, Wes’s wealth management and financial planning approach influences every aspect of our client’s financial well-being. In particular, his commitment to strategic investing and ongoing education are hallmarks of our client experience. Every day, Wes spends at least two hours learning something new — a habit that he believes helps him keep abreast and ahead of ever-changing financial markets. His current interests include artificial intelligence and medical technology.

    In his free time, Wes enjoys giving back to his community. He was an executive board member of the National Osteoporosis Foundation for 10 years and of the Cancer Wellness House for five years.

        When he first joined the Tate Group, Al was a college intern. Nearly two decades later, he continues to be an indispensable senior partner on our team. Today, he helps build financial plans, create customized portfolios, and educate clients’ children on key financial topics, among
        many other responsibilities.

            Mike first joined the Tate Group in 2006 as an intern and has spent his entire career with our
            team. Today, he focuses on combining his financial planning expertise with the vast resources available through UBS. He especially enjoys helping business owners know when and how to
            maximize a potential exit from their company.

            Ultimately, Mike’s goal is to be clients’ first call whenever they have a financial decision — whether they’re considering their legacy or simply buying a car. He understands that questions can arise at any moment, so he is available when clients need him — no matter the day or time.

                              Anna joined the Tate Group in 2013 with 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. She supports clients with financial and retirement planning, banking, mortgages and insurance solutions. Anna specializes in supporting individuals facing divorce circumstances and all of the associated planning. She is also the team's marketing specialist, organizing specialized events, seminars and coordinating client conferences.

                              Prior to joining the team, Anna worked as a Licensed Personal Banker with JPMorgan Chase
                              and Financial Specialist with PNC.
