Tammy B. Haygood is First Vice President-Wealth Management with the Impact Investment Group. She believes that every investor should have the opportunity to choose investments consistent with their personal mission and passions. In support of that belief and to better serve her clients, Tammy created the Impact Investment Group at UBS.   

Empowerment is one of Tammy’s favorite words. She uses financial planning tools and market analysis to guide her clients through all the changes of life. She focuses on integrating her clients’ high value assets into their overall financial plan including art collections, real estate and other special collections.  Tammy is also a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst. Divorce is financially transformational. She has extensive experience preparing financial plans for people who are planning or have recently become the primary financial asset controller for the first time. Tammy uses techniques to aid clients in defining their current lifestyle and future standard of living.  She collaborates with her clients’ counsel in supporting their quest for a favorable outcome. 

Born in Charlotte, North Carolina, Tammy holds a BS in Electrical Engineering as well as a BS in Physics from HBCU Tuskegee University. She received a JD from Golden Gate University with specialties in securities and tax law. She is a member of the California State Bar and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Tammy is on the board of directors of Queen’s Bench Bar Association. Her prior nonprofit board positions include the Cecil Williams Glide Community Housing Board, Pride Law Board, the Harm Reduction Therapy Center, advisory board member of UCSF’s Center of Excellence in Women’s Health, and community chairperson of UCSF’s Human Gamete, Embryo and Stem Cell Research Committee. She enjoys cooking without recipes, connecting people with others, traveling, spending time with her family, and long walks on the beach.
