Managing Director–Wealth Management
Financial Advisor
Mark recently celebrated his 40th anniversary in the industry. Over the years he has earned a rock-solid reputation among affluent families as a person of compassion, integrity and discretion – a man who cares deeply about family and giving back. Mark began his career in the fall of 1983 at Merrill Lynch. In June of 1989 Mark made his one and only firm change moving to J.C Bradford & Company and quickly ascended to partner status. In 2000 Bradford was sold to Paine Webber which subsequently sold to UBS in 2000. Yes, the names changed but Mark’s distinguished service at this firm have been a mainstay. Over the past two decades Mark has been a perennial member of the Forbes Best-in-State and Barron’s Top 1,200 Financial Advisors.
In addition to his established Private Wealth practice throughout the Midwest, Mark is also passionate about his role as a family man and community service advocate. From 1996-2012 he served on the board of trustees for Louisville Jewish Hospital as well as Chair of the Investment and Finance Committees. Mark was instrumental in the sale of the hospital and became a founding member of The Jewish Heritage Foundation. His 12-year board tenure was completed in June 2024. While on the Board he served as Investment Chairman and was a member of the Executive Committee. In recent years Mark has served on the University of Kentucky School of Arts & Sciences Advisory Board. Finally, from 2013-2021 Mark served as a mentor with American Corporate Partners (ACP), a national nonprofit dedicated to helping service members transition from the military to careers in the private sector.
Mark & Tammy have been married since 1989 and are both proud parents of Ryan, Sam & Katie as well as grandparents of Lucas & Harrison, their twin grandsons.
