Frank graduated Cum Laude with a Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia's Terry School of Business. After graduating, Frank spent five years in New York City with Merrill Lynch, where he became the Director of Structured Product Sales for the New York City and Long Island Regions. In 2008, Frank married Patricia Ballantyne and moved to Tampa to join the Brawley Wealth Management Group. Frank is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP^®), and a Charter Retirement Planning Specialist (CRPC^®), both of which he utilizes when creating customized financial plans for his clients. Frank is also a Retirement Plan Consultant, a UBS designation given to a select number of Financial Advisors that focus on retirement plan solutions for businesses.

Frank and Patricia reside in South Tampa, with their three sons Frank, Jones and Bennett. In his spare time, Frank has competed in a number of triathlons and enjoys taking his boys golfing, fishing and hunting.
