The focus of Ellice’s practice is to support and empower her clients to manage their wealth to optimize their lives of fulfillment, meaning, and joy.
While she has a very diverse clientele, Ellice’s experience as a woman with over four decades in the investment business has given her a perspective that is especially additive for women who are or would like to be decision-makers, either on their own or in partnership with their significant other/spouse.
Ellice helps clients to clarify what matters most to them. This clarification provides the foundation for asset allocation, investment strategy, intergenerational wealth transfer and succession, charitable and philanthropic giving, wealth preservation, and tax mitigation. She facilitates a virtual family office experience by working with other professionals in areas such as tax, law, real estate, and insurance as an integrated team to achieve her clients’ holistic objectives.
Increasing the awareness and knowledge base for her clients in the evolving area of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) investing, also known as sustainable investing, enables them to add another dimension to their wealth management and satisfaction.
Ellice enjoys spending her free time with her husband, children, grandchildren and friends. Theatre, opera, museums, fitness, hiking, travel, and dining on new cuisines are some of her many interests.
Through education and empowerment, Dan helps provide the infrastructure for his clients to take control of their financial lives, often for the first time. Financial planning and investment management are central to his long term, collaborative approach.
Dan strives to truly understand his clients – what motivates them, what they want for their family, and what they want for their community. And as a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®, he helps clients and their attorneys navigate the financial impact of divorce before, during and after a case is resolved.
Dan is an active member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, serving on the family law section executive committee. He is also a member of the board of directors at the Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law, a cornerstone of family law and domestic violence assistance for low-income people in California.
Prior to joining UBS in 2009, Dan practiced law at Los Angeles-area firms in a wide variety of disciplines including trust and estates, corporate litigation, family law, and liability defense, though he does not perform this function at UBS.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Dan earned a B.A. in sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz and a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. He holds his Series 7 and 66 securities licenses and is a member in good standing of the California Bar Association.
David started in the financial services industry in 1992 and joined UBS in 2008. He has extensive experience in portfolio management and awareness of global markets and is able to offer innovative solutions for a broad variety of sophisticated clients.
He is passionate about providing highly personalized and comprehensive wealth management services to corporate executives, entrepreneurs and affluent families. David is committed to financial research in order to maintain an expansive understanding of economic markets as well as thorough knowledge of individual companies. He brings this intelligence to develop strategic recommendations for his discerning clients.
David spent over 16 years in the private wealth management divisions of Morgan Stanley (1992-2002) and Lehman Brothers (2002-2008). He earned his M.B.A from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA and his B.A. in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley.
A Deacon in his community church, David also serves as a mentor for Imagine LA, a multi-denominational charity that helps families transition off welfare to become self-sufficient. He lives in Sherman Oaks with his wife Jenny and their two daughters.
Kelly Rote believes that the key to her clients’ long-term success is their having financial confidence, which she prioritizes through education in an approachable way. A Wall Street veteran and investor at heart, she spent the first 15 years of her career managing investment strategies and composing portfolios. Then she discovered her passion for encouraging women to take charge of their financial wellness while she was working as a trader in New York City.
In 2020, Kelly returned to Los Angeles, where she now utilizes her deep knowledge of markets and strategic insights to develop financial solutions for her clients. Her mission is to help clients achieve their financial goals and understand why they have specific investments in their portfolios. She believes that helping her clients achieve this understanding fosters a financial confidence that many experience for the first time. As a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®, she works with clients navigating divorce, and many times this newfound confidence empowers them to truly feel in control of their financial futures.
Kelly holds a B.B.A. in finance and international business from James Madison University's College of Business, where she continues to serve as a mentor to students. She has also earned her Series 3, 7, 63 and 66 securities licenses. She serves on the Visionary Women GenV board, is a member of the NVAK Collective Council and is a supporter of LACMA. She also enjoys tennis, Pilates, hiking and running. In 2018, she traveled to Lewa, Kenya with a UBS team to run in the Safaricom Marathon to benefit wildlife conservation and education efforts. She lives in Brentwood.
Adrienne is a Silicon Valley native and UC Berkeley alumna. She joined UBS in 2019. In addition to special-situation projects, Adrienne helps improve team efficiency and leads business development and marketing.
Adrienne holds both the Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses.
Adrienne enjoys theater, woodworking, and refinishing furniture.
Maggie Asikian is the newest member of the team, having joined in March 2018. She has over 7 years of experience in the wealth management industry, specializing in operations, delivering exceptional client service and administering client accounts.
Prior to joining UBS, she worked as a Financial Representative at Fidelity Investments and previously, as a Relationship Associate at Edward Jones, where she began her career.
Maggie earned her Bachelor's Degree from the University of California, Berkeley with a major in Political Economy in Industrial Societies. She is fluent in Armenian and conversational in Spanish and Russian. She holds a Series 7, 63 and 66 securities license.
Katie joined UBS in 2011. With over 20 years in the financial services industry, Katie brings a depth of experience to every client she works with. She leads the team's operations and service mission, making sure client needs are handled efficiently and effectively.
Katie is key to the team's growth and success. Her responsibilities across the group include trading (equities, fixed income, and options), performance reporting, portfolio implementation, disbursements and reconciliations, account opening and maintenance, and lending. The comprehensive service Katie provides our clients in each of these areas is unparalleled.
She takes particular pride in working on complicated issues, from helping family members organize and understand their balance sheet, working with trustees to establish and update accounts after major life events, or executing multi-leg options trades.
Prior to joining UBS, Katie was responsible for portfolio accounting and client reporting in the Operations Department of a Registered Investment Advisor for four years. Previously, she was the Director of Operations in a commodity brokerage firm for eight years.
Katie holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities license and earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
McKenna joined UBS in 2018, and our team in 2024. Using her diverse skill set and deep knowledge of UBS operations, McKenna has an impact on every aspect of the client experience and our team’s growth.
Completely invested in our mission to educate and empower our clients, and ultimately help them achieve their financial goals, McKenna strives to make every client interaction a positive one. Her responsibilities include account opening and onboarding, reporting, balance sheet analysis, financial planning, and more.
With a deft personal touch, she brings a particularly thoughtful approach to first-time clients. By devoting extra time to teach new clients how to read their statements, access their accounts, and manage their money, McKenna meets clients where they are, regardless of their prior market experience.
McKenna is recognized by her peers as a thought leader, consistently engaged with local and national UBS stakeholders. The depth of her relationships across the firm and her ability to navigate complicated issues benefits both our clients and team members daily.

Peter is a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate with over 7 years of experience in the financial services industry, Peter supports lead advisors in the construction and implementation of wealth strategies for families and institutions. He also looks to drive new business opportunities by cultivating relationships with key advisors and strategic partners.
Peter thrives on listening and communicating with clients as they pursue their long-term financial goals. Prior to joining UBS, Peter served as a Wealth Advisor with Monograph Wealth Advisors and as a Director with First Republic Private Wealth Management.
Peter earned a B.Sc. from the United States Military Academy (USMA), West Point and is a former U.S. Army Engineer Officer. He earned his Personal Financial Planning certificate from the UCLA Extension school and is a Certified Financial Professional®. Peter holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities licenses and his Insurance License.
Peter was born and raised in London until attending USMA and currently resides in Seal Beach, CA with his wife Brittany and their two daughters, Olivia and Poppy.
