In the past two decades, I have seen markets both expand and contract. I have seen presidential elections and impeachments. I have seen three wars but also times of peace. I have seen two "bubbles" one in technology and one financial. Lastly, we all have experienced in one way or another the worst terrorist attack on U.S. Soil. What this means to you is I have a strong understanding of how the markets react in different economic cycles and how to position your portfolio accordingly. Many of my clients have benefited from my experience and have avoided many of the pitfalls of investing.

                Traditional or Roth?

For most families, a balance of Traditional and Roth contributions will provide the best results. However, this doesn’t mean that you should contribute to both types of accounts equally. The UBS Chief Investment Office (CIO) provides an overview of Traditional and Roth 401(k) accounts, highlighting key factors that you should consider when deciding where you will direct your hard-earned savings.
