Jeffrey Steffes graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh in 1978 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Building on that foundation, Jeff has developed 34 years of investment management experience with UBS Financial Services, where he serves as a dedicated and client‑focused Financial Advisor based in Brookfield, Wisconsin.

Outside of his professional work, Jeff enjoys an active and well‑rounded lifestyle. In his spare time, he can often be found playing golf, enjoying pickleball, woodworking, or traveling, pursuits that reflect both his creativity and his love of staying engaged with the world.

Joe is passionate about technical analysis and charting and integrates those disciplines with broader portfolio planning to help clients make informed decisions across market cycles. As a third‑generation member of his family’s team at UBS, he is deeply committed to multi‑generational relationships—serving clients and their families with continuity, care, and clear communication. His approach is grounded in listening first, aligning recommendations with each client’s objectives, and staying disciplined over the long term.

Born and raised in Wisconsin, Joe enjoys watching Green Bay Packers games, spending time with his wife and two boys, coaching flag football, and exploring new hiking trails.
