    The Dow Jones Industrial Average was approaching 1000 in late 1972, the year Mr. Sondag joined the financial services industry following his service as a Captain in the United States Air Force. Prior to joining UBS in October of 2012, Glen was a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch.

    Today, with nearly 45 years of experience, Glen continues to enjoy a career distinguished by his experience in compensatory stock options and restricted securities. His expansive tenure has allowed him to manage client accounts through several market cycles and challenging economic times. Many of his clients have been with the team for decades.

    Glen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of St. Thomas and later attended graduate school. He also holds his Series 1, 15, 63 and 65 securities licenses.  Additionally, he holds Life, Accident, Health and Long Term Care Insurance Licenses. CA Insurance License 0G18026

    Glen and his wife have been married for over 40 years and reside in Glenview. They have four grown sons and five grandchildren. Aside from his professional duties, Glen found time in 2012 to author, Anything Other Than Naked, a guide for men on how to dress properly for every occasion.

        Mike Sondag joined the financial services industry with Merrill Lynch in 1993 after graduating from Michigan State University. During his first four years with Merrill Lynch, Mike worked independently from his father Glen to establish himself as a Financial Advisor. In 2004, he earned his Certified Financial Planner™ certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. and is currently a member of The Financial Planning Association. Additionally, he holds his Series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses. CA insurance license 0G07960

        Mike takes great pride in in developing strategic financial planning solutions that enable clients to achieve their goals and prepare for retirement.  Mike also specializes in employing option strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals.

        Mike has been married for over 20 years and has three children. Mike and his family are members of the Deerfield community.  In his free time he volunteers for coaching youth hockey and enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.

            Brian Rubin began his career in Wealth Management over fifteen years ago.  Prior to joining UBS in 2014, Brian was an Advisor at Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley.  Brian's tenure as a Wealth Management Advisor has provided him with the experience to help clients achieve their goals by serving as a portfolio manager and executing on comprehensive Financial Planning Solutions. 

            Brian is a graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Finance.  In 2008 he earned his Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) credential from The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, and is currently a member of The Investment Management Consultants Association.  The CIMA® designation focuses on asset allocation, ethics, due diligence, risk measurement, investment policy and performance measurement.  Brian holds his Series 7, 31 and 66 securities licenses. Additionally, he holds his Life, Accident, Health and Long Term Care Insurance licenses. CA insurance license 0L50082

            As part of the SRW Wealth Management Group, Brian works with high-net worth individuals, endowments and foundations, and business owners across several key areas such as asset and liability management, retirement planning, legacy planning and overall financial planning.

            Brian enjoys golfing, skiing, and most of all spending time with his wife and two daughters.

              Matt Pusateri joined UBS over four years ago as a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate. He has been in the financial services industry for over 13 years.  In his role on the SRW Group, Matt is responsible for account administration and investment strategies. He also specializes in resolving complex operational issues and holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.  Additionally, Matt holds Life, Accident, Health, and Long Term Care Insurance Licenses.

              Matt is a graduate of Michigan State University where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Finance. He volunteers as a mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago.  In his free time, Matt enjoys golf, Chicago sports and spending time with friends and family.
