Simon Clarke has spent nearly two decades focused on providing comprehensive wealth management solutions to senior executives of both public and private companies, high net worth individuals and family groups. Prior to joining UBS, Simon spent 16 years at Credit Suisse Group where he was recognized as one of the private bank's elite advisors in the United States as represented by his appointment to the "Chairman's Club." In this capacity, Simon has specialized in building fully diversified wealth management plans that help his clients achieve their life style goals.
During his career, Simon has developed a sophisticated stock and option trading strategy that is designed to provide clients with differentiated returns. He developed this strategy while working under the guidance of some of the top trading and research executives at Credit Suisse. Today, Simon continues to manage the private capital for some of the highest level current and former senior executives at major financial institutions. During his tenure at UBS, Simon has earned the designation of Senior Portfolio Manager, which recognizes an advanced level of expertise in portfolio management. Attainment of the Senior Portfolio Manager designation means that clients are receiving a high level of investment experience and professionalism. Simon has also advised some of the most sophisticated families across the United States on their alternative investments portfolio.
Simon received his B.S. and M.B.A. degree from St Thomas Aquinas College. He was a former three time state chess champion. Simon currently lives in Hopkinton with his wife and three daughters. During his spare time, Simon likes to play golf, tennis and go skiing.
Steve Dunne is a wealth advisor primarily for successful entrepreneurs and corporate executives. He’s drawn on his more than twenty four years of experience in wealth management coupled with his education and prior career in engineering to develop and refine a process that manages wealth and risk for his clients.
Prior to joining UBS in June of 2016, Steve was a Managing Director and the senior executive in charge of Credit Suisse Group's Private Banking business in New England. During his nine years in that role, he built an industry leading franchise by managing all aspects of the business including hiring and coaching wealth advisors how to best serve and provide advice to the Firm's clients. Steve's executive management experience gives him unique insights into the challenges and opportunities facing corporate executives and entrepreneurs.
Steve's management success was born out of his preceding fourteen years of experience as a wealth advisor where he helped executives and entrepreneurs manage their wealth from accumulation to retirement. He guided them through liquidity events, funding rounds, compensation issues including dealing with restricted stock and stock options, trust & estate planning as well as the impact of career changes.
Steve has developed a proprietary approach to investing based on extensive research and analysis. This systematic approach to investing complements his comprehensive wealth management process. During his tenure at UBS, Steve has earned the designation of Senior Portfolio Manager, which recognizes an advanced level of expertise in portfolio management. Attainment of the Senior Portfolio Manager designation means that clients are receiving a high level of investment experience and professionalism.
Steve graduated from the University of Massachusetts with an engineering degree. He graduated from the U.S. Army ROTC program as a commissioned officer and served for nine years in the Army National Guard. Prior to entering the financial services sector, Steve worked as an engineer for Raytheon. Outside the office, Steve enjoys being active, whether on the ski slopes, the golf course or the lake. He has volunteered for many charities over the years and is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the University of Massachusetts Foundation. Steve lives in Hopkinton, Massachusetts with his wife Tracie and three daughters.
Jonathan Sachsel is a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate who taps into nearly two decades of experience in the financial sector to provide his clients with a seamless financial management experience. Jonathan’s attention to customer service and detail-oriented approach define his role at UBS. He is able to coordinate all aspects of the client relationship, providing the day to day support that high net worth individuals and the professionals who work with them need.
Jonathan’s ability to anticipate his clients' financial needs and facilitate solutions for them makes him invaluable. He is experienced at leveraging UBS's vast resources in order to generate solutions for his clients. Jonathan's attention to detail and efficient delivery of service set him apart. In addition, Jonathan handles trading for the team. He is adept at identifying new equity ideas, seeking bonds and facilitating purchases and sales.
Jonathan started his financial services career at Paine Webber & Co. in New York before it was acquired by UBS. He began working at Credit Suisse Group in 2007 before rejoining UBS at the end of 2015.
Jonathan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Virginia Tech. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and holds his series 7, 63, 65 and Insurance licenses. Jonathan lives in Hamilton, MA with his wife Melissa and children Zachary and Xander.
