Shawn Bernhard, CFP®, CEPA®

With over 25 years of wealth management experience, Shawn is an Executive Director and Financial Advisor at UBS. Shawn is passionate about helping clients and their families improve their lives and create legacies that matter most to them. She understands that significant wealth brings a greater level of complexity to clients and that every client is unique. She knows how important it is to provide comprehensive advice, guidance and solutions tailored to each client.

Shawn joined UBS in 2008 and has spent the past fifteen years in various leadership roles, she was most recently the Market Director in Arizona overseeing the Wealth Management business. Prior to that, Shawn was the Assistant Market Head for the UBS 1285 Headquarters office in New York and Complex Sales Manager in Chicago. Before pursuing a leadership career, Shawn held several roles in the industry including Regional Branch Analyst, Planning Specialist, Financial Advisor and Client Service Associate. Shawn has
also worked at Wachovia Securities and Merrill Lynch where she began her career
in 1999.

Shawn graduated from University of Delaware – Lerner College of Business and Economics and received her B.A. in Business Administration and Marketing. She holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) and maintains her securities licenses for the Series 7, 9, 10, 66 and her life and health insurance licenses.

Shawn, her husband Derek and their two dogs, Bella and Luna live in Scottsdale. She enjoys golfing, traveling and spending time with family.
