        Ashley is a Registered Client Service Associate for UBS Private Wealth Management. She assists by managing client relationships and providing administrative support. Prior to joining UBS in 2018, Ashley worked as Director of Client Services for a wealth management group at Northwestern Mutual.

        Ashley graduated from Devry University with a BS in Business Administration, concentrating in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship. She holds the Series 7 and 63 securities licenses as well as a NYS Life, Accident and Health Insurance license. In her free time, Ashley enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.  She resides in Connecticut with her husband and 2 dogs.

                      As one of the first six Chartered Alternative Investment Analysts in Maryland, Dave's experience and expertise enable him to offer sound advice on (and access to) Alternative Investments, which continue to receive more attention from institutions and families with great wealth.  He has worked as a financial advisor for over thirty years at leading institutions, including PaineWebber (acquired by UBS), Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch.

                                Kristen Bissett has always been captivated by the markets, even at a young age.  One of the favorite parts of her job is aligning her investment ideas with our clients’ financial needs.  She’s spent the last decade specializing in macroeconomic research and its impact on clients' portfolios.  She now works on crafting customized asset allocations and implementation strategies for multigenerational families, entrepreneurs and not-for-profit organizations.

                                    Pedro possesses a unique combination of business and investment experience.  He brings over 30 years of experience of business experience with 12 years in the wealth management arena.  Prior to joining UBS in 2014, he served as a Principal at Bernstein Global Wealth Management where he served the needs of business owners. His background includes serving in executive and managerial positions with Andersen Consulting, Cambridge Technology Partners, Syntel and Concero.

                                    As a former corporate executive, he understands what it takes to operate a successful business and the unique elements of the entrepreneurial mindset.  His primary focus is understanding each client’s full picture including their assets, liabilities and legal structures and translating these into a cohesive wealth management strategy.  

                                    Pedro is actively involved with the community serving on the board of Baptist Hospital, the Tocqueville Cabinet of the United Way and co-chairing the Perez Art Museum Miami’s Corporate Luncheon. He graduated magna cum laude with honors from the University of Miami earning a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He and his wife Nory reside in Pinecrest with their two children.

                                          As the head of Finnerty Partners within Private Wealth Management in Washington, D.C., Will manages client relationships and leads all investment consulting, advanced planning, and relationship management efforts. His team consists of full time specialists that work with him in these areas to serve their clients with distinction.  

                                          Finnerty Partners is a boutique operation within UBS, only working with a few dozen ultra-high net worth families throughout the country, as well as internationally, the majority of which have $10 million or more in investable assets. More specifically, their sole focus is helping entrepreneurs and their families organize, plan, and manage all aspects of their wealth.

                                          Will was the top finance graduate at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business. Upon graduating, he received a finance award which ultimately led to his career in wealth management in 1995. In 2000, he began teaching Entrepreneurship for Georgetown's McDonough School of Business and remained an Adjunct Professor for 16 years.
